Some (simple) failures can be adequately addressed by the end user without any safety issues or unsafe use

arising, provided they are performed within the limits and in accordance with the following instructions (see

section "Self-repair").

Therefore, unless otherwise permitted in the “Self-Repair” section below, use authorized professional repairers for all repairs

to avoid safety issues. An authorized professional repairer is a person to whom the manufacturer has given access to the

instructions and the list of spare parts for this product according to the methods described in the legislative acts

implementing Directive 2009/125/EC

However, only the service agent (i.e. authorized professional repairers) whom you can reach at the telephone

number given in the user manual/warranty card or through your authorized supplier can provide service in

accordance with the warranty conditions. Therefore, please note that repairs carried out by professional repairers

(who are not authorized byBeko) void the warranty.

Self-repair

The end user can repair the following spare parts themselves: door, door hinges and seals, other seals, door lock

assembly and plastic peripherals such as detergent dispensers (an updated list will also be available on

support.beko.comfrom March 1, 2021).

In addition, to ensure product safety and to avoid the risk of serious injury, said self-repair must be carried out following the

instructions in the user manual for self-repair or those available onsupport.beko.com. For your safety, unplug the device before

attempting any self-repair.

Repairs and attempted repairs by end users for parts not included in this list and/or not following the instructions

in the user manuals for self-repair or those available onsupport.beko.com, could give rise to safety problems not

attributable toBeko, and will void the product warranty.

It is therefore strongly recommended that end users refrain from attempting to carry out repairs not included in

the list of spare parts mentioned, but to contact in such cases authorized professional repairers or authorized

professional repairers. On the contrary, such attempts by end users may cause safety issues and damage the

product and subsequently cause fire, flood, electric shock and serious personal injury.

By way of example, but not limited to, you should go to Authorized Professional Repairers or Authorized

Professional Repairers for the following repairs: Motor, Pump Assembly, Motherboard, Motor Board, Display

Board, heating, etc

The Manufacturer/Seller cannot be held responsible in all cases where end users fail to comply with the above.

The availability of spare parts for the washing machine or washer-dryer you have purchased is 10 years.

During this period, genuine spare parts will be available to operate the washing machine or washer-dryer

properly.
