Press ‘Stop’ button Stop play back immediately

Note: If there are old and new message recorded, will play new message first. If day/time is not set

properly, the A/M will skip to prompt the day/time. (i.e. No day/time stamp will be announced).

4. Memo recording

Press and hold ‘Memo’ button for 2 seconds A long beep to start memo recording. During memo

recording, the display will shows ‘rE’

Press ‘Stop’ button. A long beep to stop memo recording.

Note: maximum length of memo is 2 minutes.

Recording will be terminated if: 1. STOP button is pressed;

2. memory full (keep message);

3. message exceeds 2 minutes.

5. Delete message

When the machine playing message, press and hold

the ‘Delete’ button for two second.

A long beep will be heard, then prompt ‘Message

deleted’ and delete the current message from memory

then jump to next message. When delete a message

the display shows ‘dE’.

When no message being played, press and hold the

‘Delete’ button for 2 seconds

A long beep will be heard, then prompt ‘All messages

erased' and all old message in memory will be

deleted. The same symbol ‘dE’ will be shows on the

7-segment.

* If there are old and new message it will prompt

‘Message deleted’ & number of new(unread)

message.

Note: All deleted messages cannot be recovered. Unread message cannot be deleted.

6. Speaker & Ringer volume control

Press ‘Vol. Up’ or ‘Vol. Down’ button to adjust

volume

During incoming ring, press ‘Vol. Up or Vol. Down’

key to adjust the ringer level. A short beep to confirm

each key press (there are four levels of volume)

Note: The factory default volume of the speaker & ringer is “level 3”.

7. Remote access

Dial the phone number with the answering machine

connected

The machine will answer and play the announcement.

After the announcement and start beep, press the 3

digits security codes. (or press ‘*’ to skip

announcement)

Two short beeps to notify you have gained access the

machine then use phone keypad to control the

machine. The display symbol is ‘rC’.

Hang up the phone Stop remote control and A/M will be back to standby

mode.

Note: 1. If no key press in 10 second, A/M time out and hang up.

2. If the entry of security code is invalid, it accepts the attempt again as 10 times as it can be

within 3 minutes (normal recording duration). Otherwise, machine will hang up with failure

attempts after 3 min.

3. During remote play back, machine will stop every 165 seconds and wait for user response, if

no response then stop operation and hang up.
