Johdanto

Tutustu laitteeseen ennen ensimmäistä käyttöönottoa. Lue sitä

varten tämä käyttöohje ja turvallisuusohjeet. Käytä laitetta aino-

astaan kuvatulla tavalla ja mainitussa käyttötarkoituksessa.

minto. Lisäksi tuote on tarkoitettu kirjoitusvälineiden säilyttämiseen. Tuotetta

ei saa käyttää muulla kuin edellä kuvatulla tavalla eikä sitä saa muuttaa. Se

Cleaning and Care

j Use a dry, non-ﬂutting cloth to clean the produkt.

j Do not under any circumstances use corrosive or abrasive cleaning

agents. Otherwise the surface of the product can be damaged.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which

you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dis-

pose of your worn-out product.

Setting a birthday

NOTE: When the set time has expired, an alarm will sound for 1 minute.

Setting the alarm

NOTE: Press the decrease button

j Press the alarm button

to get to the alarm mode. Or you can press

the mode button

twice to get to the alarm mode.

j Press the set-up button

in order to be able to set the hours of the

time you wish to set the alarm for.

j Press the set-up button

in order to be able to set the minutes of the

time you wish to set the alarm for.

j Press the set-up button

to be able to select one of 9 diﬀerent alarms.

j Press the mode button

three times to return to the normal mode.

Switching the alarm on/oﬀ

Switching the alarm on:

j Press the increase button

to switch the snooze function on.

NOTE: The snooze function is only active when the alarm is also switched on.

Switching the alarm off:

j Press the increase button

again to switch the snooze function oﬀ.

NOTE: At the set time, the alarm will sound for 1 minute.

NOTE: If the snooze function is on, you can press any button

to repeat the alarm every 3 minutes for a maximum of four times.

The alarm will sound every 3 minutes.

Tip: Hold the button in question down. This way, you can speed up the

adjustment of the values you wish to set. This rapid set-up process can be

used for all adjustment procedures. If you do not press any buttons within

60 seconds, the LC display will automatically return to the standard display.

j Press the set-up button

in order to be able to set the minutes.

j Press the set-up button

j Press the set-up button

in order to be able to set the current date.

j Press the mode button

four times to return to the normal mode.

j Insert a new battery into the battery compartment

, ensuring correct

polarity.

j Replace the battery compartment lid

onto the battery compartment

and press it ﬁrmly down. You should feel and hear it click into place.

Operation

j Pull the LCD clock

out of the pen holder

j Pull the insulating strips out of the battery compartment in order to start

up the LCD clock

. A 6-second sequence will sound.

j Push the LCD clock

into the pen holder

. Make sure that the slot

of the pen holder

grips the guide rails

of the LCD clock

NOTE: The LCD clock

has various modes:

Normal mode: The time, data and ambient temperature are displayed

12/24-hour mode: 12/24-hour mode can be chosen and time and

date set.

Alarm mode: You can set a time for the alarm to go oﬀ.

Birthday reminder mode: The alarm can be set to remind you of

someone‘s birthday.

Countdown mode: You can set a countdown of a maximum of

23 hours and 59 minutes.
