Problem cause Solution

The rinsing capacity of the

washing machine is low.

The amount of detergent, brand,

and storage conditions used are not

appropriate.

• Use an appropriate detergent for the

washing machine and your laundry. Store

closed detergents in a humidity-free

environment and avoid exposing them to

excessive temperatures.

The detergent was placed in the wrong

compartment.

• If detergent is introduced into the prewash

compartment although the prewash cycle

is not selected, the machine may take this

detergent during the rinse or softener

phase. Put the detergent in the

appropriate compartment.

The pump filter is clogged. • Check the filter.

The drain hose is kinked. • Check the drain hose.

The laundry stiffened after

washing. (**)

Insufficient amount of

detergent used.

• With water hardness, using an insufficient

amount of detergent can cause laundry to

stiffen over time. Use an appropriate

amount of detergent according to the

hardness of the water.

The detergent was placed in the wrong

compartment.

• If detergent is introduced into the prewash

compartment although the prewash cycle

is not selected, the machine may take this

detergent during the rinse or softener

phase. Put the detergent in the

appropriate compartment.

Detergent has been mixed with fabric softener. • Avoid mixing fabric softener with

detergent. Wash and clean the

detergent drawer with hot water.

Laundry does not smell like

fabric softener. (**)

The detergent was poured into a wet tray. • Dry the detergent drawer before

adding detergent.

The detergent may have become wet. • Store closed detergents in an environment

free of humidity and avoid exposing them

to excessive temperatures.

The water pressure is low. • Check the water pressure.

The detergent in the main wash

compartment became wet when taking in

the prewash water. The holes in the

detergent compartment are clogged.

• Check the openings and Clean them if they

are clogged.

There is a problem with the dispenser valves. • Contact the Authorized Service Agent.

Detergent has been mixed with fabric softener. • Avoid mixing fabric softener with

detergent. Wash and clean the

detergent drawer with hot water.

The drum is not cleaned regularly. • Clean the drum regularly. To do this,

please refer to the “Cleaning the

loading door and drum” section.
