1. Lay the base and exible arch on a secured mat, rug, or carpet
with the wide ends closest to you.
2. Secure the wide end of the base against your knees. Slide the wide
end of the exible arch into the single slot on the wide end of the
base lining up the small arrows.
3. Position your hands as shown opposite to
bend the exible arch.
4. Press down with your ngers and gently
slide the narrow end of exible arch into
the Level 1 position on the base, again
lining up the small arrows.
ASSEMBLY
If you’re using BackMagic Flex for the rst time, it is recommended that you use the foam side of the exible arch
until you are completely familiar with the stretching action, before trying the side with the massage points. Also,
the rst time you use the side with the massage points, cover with a towel for increased comfort.
