5) Align 2nd Intake Hose within the

existing slot in Foam Panel 2 (C). Begin

feeding Hose around the tub, through

Foam Panel 2, towards the Portable

Control Unit located on Foam Panel 1 (D).

7) Pull the Spa Top Liner down and align

with Spa Base Liner. Zip the two liners

together.

TIP: Ensure top and bottom zippers are

aligned before pulling the Top Liner down.

8) Smooth out wrinkles in the liner to the best of your ability and

pat out any pockets of air.

6) Attach the clear Intake Hose to the integrated Connection

Hoses. Place the clamp around the Intake Hose (fed through

exterior Foam Panels 1-3) and fasten the clamp with a ﬂat-end

screw driver as close to the PCU as

possible. Ensure seal is water tight!

3. Spa Assembly

1) Take the Thermal Ground Sheet and

position it where the footprint of the

spa will be. Take the Spa Base Liner

and position it on top of the ground cloth.

2) Position Foam Panel 1 ﬁrst and then add

Foam Panels 2 and 3 to the right of Panel

1. Ensure exact alignment between holes

in the foam and holes on the liner.

3) Place remaining blank Foam Panels

next to Foam Panel 3 until spa is

complete. Ensure the 3 holes in Foam

Panel 1 remain aligned with holes in the

Spa Base Liner.

TIP: Gripping the Foam Panel on both

sides and giving it a small

wiggle can help guide it in if it

gets stuck.

4. Connect the Portable Control Unit to the Spa

Position the PCU next to the spa, remove the Inﬂation Hose and align the Connection Hos-

es to the spa. Ensure that the hoses have ‘O’ ring gaskets inserted correctly (see ﬁg. 1) at

each end. Please do not over tighten and check that the Connection Hoses are straight and

not kinked.

4) Insert Spa Top Liner into the center of the

tub. Feed the integrated Connecton

Hoses and the Drain Hose through the

holes in Foam Panel 1 and the Spa

Base Liner (A). Loosen and remove clamp

that comes on 2nd Intake Hose

(B). Feed 2nd Intake Hose through the

hole in Foam Panel 3.

2. Test GFCI & Inﬂate Lid

a) Perform GFCI Test

WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. The GFCI plug must be

tested before each use. Do not use if GFCI test fails.

1. Insert the plug into the power outlet.

2. Press the “RESET“ button, the indicator light turns red.

3. Press the “TEST” button, the indicator light turns off.

4. Press the “RESET” button, the indicator light turns red; the pump is ready to use.

b) Inﬂate the Lid

Before the lid is inﬂated ensure the Valve Stopper (A) is fully pushed in to avoid air leaking

out. Connect the Inﬂation Hose to the Inﬂation Port on the PCU and then connect the

other end to the Inﬂation Port on the lid (B). Press the Massage Button (C) to inﬂate the lid.

Once inﬂated close the Valve Cap (D).
