Cleaning with Water

• The shaving head of your shaver is easily cleaned under running

water.

1. Simply hold the shaver with the cutting blades pointing down at

a slant. This reduces the risk of water penetrating the inside of

the shaver.

The water temperature should not be above 70°C.

2. If you prefer to clean under running water, you can also use a few drops

of standard liquid soap to help. If you keep the appliance running while

rinsing, cleaning effect is more intensive.

CAUTION! The housing may be cleaned wet;

however, the shaver must not be submerged in water!

3. Allow the shaver to dry before replacing the shaving head and the

protective cap.

4. Just grip the shaving head at the side and press downwards until the

attachment lugs snap into place.

CAUTION: Do not use excessive force and do not press on the

shaving foil!

NOTE: If you use warm water to frequently clean the device, we recommend

regular application of a few drops of sewing machine oil to the long-hair

trimmer and the two cutting blades. Wipe off excess of oil with a cloth. Only

use acid-free oil, e.g. sewing machine oil.

07. Replacement Parts

Cutting elements are subject to natural wear and excluded from the warranty.

For optimal shaving a replacement in good time is essential.

You are able to reorder the following replacement parts:

• Set consists of 3-fold shaving system with shaving foils & integrated long

hair trimmer and 2 cutting blades.

Recommended Replacement Intervals

We highly recommend to replace shaving system annually in order to guar-

antee an optimal cutting performance.

Since both parts become adjusted to one another over time, we recommend

replacing both at the same time (shaving head + foil + cutting blades).

The replacement parts can be ordered via the Service Centre.

Replacing Parts

1. Take off the protective cap.

2. Press the release buttons for the shaving head and remove it.

3. Grasp the old cutter blades at the ends, holding them between your

thumb and index ﬁnger. Carefully remove them from the shaver.

4. Grasp the new shaving blades at both ends between your thumb and

index ﬁnger and insert them into the white holding device. Brieﬂy push

the cutting blades down until they lock in place with an audible click.

5. Grasp the shaving foil frame at its bracket and remove it from the shaving

head frame.

6. Insert the new shaving foil frame into the shaving head frame.

When inserting the shaving foil frame, make sure that the bracket

of the shaving foil frame is positioned opposite the recess of the

shaving head frame. Carefully push the shaving foil frame into the

shaving head frame until it locks in place with an audible click.

7. Reattach the shaving head to the shaver. When attaching the shaving

head, make sure that the recess of the shaving head frame points

to the long hair trimmer on the rear. Carefully push the shaving head

onto the shaver until it locks in place with an audible click.
