Warranty

In addition to the statutory warranty under the contract

of sale, Croozer GmbH, Cologne, extends to the end

customer the following manufacturer’s warranty for its

“Croozer Cargo” bicycle trailers, subject to the conditions

set forth below.

Our warranty applies to defects in materials or workman-

ship of the safety frame of our “Croozer Cargo” bicycle

trailers. The safety frame is shown in black in the illustra-

tion on the right. The warranty period is 10 years from the

date of purchase of the respective Croozer by the original

purchaser.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the sales receipt

with the date of purchase, as well as the Croozer itself.

Croozer GmbH will, at its election, pursuant to its obliga-

tions under this warranty, repair or replace the safety frame

of the bicycle trailer, refund the purchase price or replace

the entire vehicle.

For the purposes of this manufacturer’s warranty, you are

considered the original purchaser if you are the “natural

person” who rst purchased the bicycle trailer. Persons

who purchased the bicycle trailer in order to resell it or use

it in the context of any commercial or self-employed pro-

fessional activity are not considered the original purchaser

in the sense of this warranty.

In addition to the rights set out in this manufacturer’s war-

ranty, you also have statutory rights, in particular warranty

rights. These statutory rights, which in some cases may be

more favourable to you, are not affected by this warranty.

This warranty does not affect your rights against the seller

from whom the product was purchased.

Servicing and warranty claims

If you notice any issues with the Croozer Cargo, contact

the dealer from whom you purchased your Croozer Cargo

to discuss a possible servicing or warranty claim. The

dealer will either help you directly or forward your claim to

us. In order to process your claim, we – and/or your dealer

– will need the original sales receipt and the serial number

of your Croozer Cargo.

You can nd the serial number on the bottom of the frame

at the front left of the trailer.
