Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!

■ Clean the tank and the ﬁ lter each time you top up or change the thermal brine.

■ Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These may

damage the surfaces.

• Dust oﬀ the housing if necessary or wipe it with a damp cloth if required. Then dry it

with a cloth.

• Clean the tank (8) with mild detergent and warm water.

• Rinse out the ﬁ lter thoroughly under running water. Then allow it to dry fully in the air

before you insert it back into the main unit.

• Empty the tank and clean it before you store away the device.

• When not in use, the device should be stored in a clean, dry place which is protected

from dust and is not accessible to children and animals.

Changing the Filter Sheet

The device must be kept ready to operate. You should therefore change the ﬁ lter sheet

regularly (every 3 months) or as required.

New ﬁ lters can be purchased via the following website:

1. Remove the tank (8) from the main unit (see the “Filling the Tank” chapter).

2. Place the device down in front of you.

3. The ﬁ lter holder is located inside the main unit

behind the fan. Pull it by its handle down out of the

main unit.

4. Flip open the back of the ﬁ lter holder and remove the ﬁ lter sheet.

5. Place a new ﬁ lter in the ﬁ lter holder and ﬂ ip it shut. You must feel it engage.

6. Place the ﬁ lter holder into its mount in the main unit and slide it upwards until you hear

and feel it engage. Make sure that you insert the ﬁ lter holder the right way round (the

label Vorderseite / Front must be legible).

7. Insert the tank into the main unit (see the “Filling the Tank” chapter).
