CAPTER I: INSTALLATION OF DYDELL PRO
OPERATING SYSTEM
I STEP 1: IMPORTANT PREPARATIONS
1.1.a Read this user manual carefully before installing or using the lamp.
Take all parts from the box and check whether all parts are present (see contents packaging).
Check all connections.
1.1.b. Never dim the DYDELL PRO system with an incandescent or halogen dimmer. This will irreparably
damage the LED light sphere. Remove the wall dimmer and place a standard light button with on/off
functionality.
1.1.c. Never connect the LED light sphere to a 220 Volts energy source directly. The energy efficient LED
light sphere works on 24 Volts and will therefore be damaged irreparably. Use only the control cabinets
and adapters supplied by DYDELL.
1.1.d. To prevent voltage drop and to ensure optimal lamp communication, the LED light spheres have to
be connected within a radius of 15 metres to the ‘master or slave unit’.
1.1.e. DYDELL works with a 3-wire system. Only make use of the extension cord supplied by DYDELL.
