TROUBLE SLEEPING
Especially when becoming older your day and night rhythm changes which
arise are fatigue during the day, irregular sleep, drowsiness in the early eve-
ning and lying awake at night. The solution is to apply light therapy for 15 to
30 minutes in the early evening. The sleeping time is then moved to a later
moment of time.
JETLAG
Jetlag means the disturbance of the awake-sleep rhythm. This occurs when

BURN-OUT
Having a burn-out can be determined by having little or no energy and moti-
vation when at work. Symptoms of a burn-out are:
• Exhaustion (serious fatigue)
• Cynicism
• A negative self image
• Decreased competence

The best time for applying light therapy in case of a burn-out is in the
morning.
FATIQUE
