 If required you can clean the feed chute by dismantling it from the cover. Nut off

the grub nuts which are in the set collar using an allen key (SW 2,5).







CUTTING WIDTH ADJUSTER

Take off the cover. Release the nuts that are attached to the cover turning them anticlock-

wise. Lift the cover straight across the nuts and then towards your body across the chevron.



There is a chevron in the front of the motorblock which is connected to the motorblock with

two nuts. The chevron defines the width of the slices. Loosening the nuts you can move the

chevron:

pushingthechevronup:slicesaregettingslimmer

pushingitdown:slicesaregettingthicker

Afterpositioningthechevrontightenthenutsandplacethecoveronthetopoftheappli-

ance. Pay attention to the chevron when doing this. Hold the cover in an angle to lift it over

thechevron,thenholditstraighttoliftitoverthenutsontopoftheappliance.Tightenthe

nuts turning them clockwise but NOT too tightly.

Thecuttingresultdependsonthesharpnessofthebladeandthepositionof

the chevron.

STORAGE

Alwayscleantheappliancebeforestoring(seeCareandCleaning).

Ensuretostoretheappliancewhereitisclean,dryandsafefromfrost,directsunlightand

inadmissible strain (mechanical or electric shock, heat, moisture) and where it is out of

reachofyoungchildren.Placetheapplianceonacleanandstablesurface,whereitcan

notfall.Donotplaceanyhardorheavyobjectsontheappliance.


