Programming recording by entering the data for
the television programme
Notes:
The time and date on the DVD/VCR recorder must be accurate.
If all the timer positions are occupied you must delete one,
as described in the section on deleting recording data on
page 44.
If the timer recording is to be performed using VPS/PDC
control, switch this on in the »Defaults« – »Special functions«
menu.
Preparation
Switch on the television.
Select the »AV« channel on the television for the DVD/VCR
recorder.
Switch the DVD/VCR recorder on by pressing »
STANDBY/ON
«on
the device.
Put a DVD+R or DVD+RW in the disc compartment or a video
cassette in the cassette compartment.

1 Press »TIMER« then use »

gramming« and activate your entry with »ENTER«.
– The »Timer list« menu appears.
2 Select a free timer position with »

Recording from a satellite receiver:
If a television station from a connected satellite receiver is
programmed, press

« to select the »AV 2« station
position and set the desired television station on the satellite
receiver. The satellite receiver must be switched on at the
selected recording time and for the duration of the TIMER
recording.
