Dikkat

Cihazı temizlemek için kesinlikle benzin, solventler

ya da aşındırıcı temizleyiciler, metal nesneler veya

sert fırçalar kullanmayın.

Cihazı ya da elektrik kablosunu asla suya veya bir

başka sıvıya sokmayın.

1 Cihazı kapatın ve ﬁşini prizinden çekin.

2 Cihazın tamamen soğumasını bekleyin.

3 Her kullanımdan sonra kırıntı tepsisini çıkararak

kırıntıları temizleyin. Kırıntı tepsisini sadece nemli

bir bezle temizleyin. Kırıntı tepsisini cihaza yeniden

yerleştirmeden önce tepsinin kuru olduğundan

emin olun. Ekmek kızartma makinesi içinde kırıntı

birikmesine izin vermeyin, kırıntılar yangına sebep

olabilir.

4 İçindeki kırıntıların dökülmesi için ekmek kızartma

makinesini baş aşağı çevirip haﬁfçe sallayın.

5 Cihazın gövdesini temizlemek için nemli, yumuşak

bir bez ve az miktarda yumuşak bir temizleyici

kullanın. Gövdeyi iyice kurulayın.

Not

Temizlik sonrasında cihazı kullanmadan önce yu-

muşak bir havlu ile tüm parçalarını kurulayın.

The appliance is designed for

domestic use only.

Do not use the appliance for any-

thing other than its intended use.

The toaster is designed for toast-

ing and warming bread and

buns only.

Do not use the appliance out-

doors or in the bathroom.

Check if the mains voltage on the

rating label corresponds to your

local mains supply. The only way

to disconnect the appliance from

the mains is to pull out the plug.

█

For additional protection, this

device should be connected to

a household current fault protec-

tion circuit breaker of no more

than 30 mA. Consult an electri-

cian for advice.

█

Do not immerse the appliance,

power cord or power plug in

water or in other liquids. Do not

hold it under running water and

do not clean parts in the dish-

washer.

█

Disconnect the power plug af-

ter using the appliance, before

cleaning the appliance, before

leaving the room or if a fault oc-

curs.

Do not disconnect the plug by

pulling on the cord.

█

Do not wrap the power cord

around the appliance.

Do not squeeze or bend the

power cord and do not rub it

on sharp edges in order to pre-

vent any damage. Keep the cord

away from hot surfaces and

Do not use an extension cord

with the appliance.

Do not leave the appliance unat-

caution is advised when the ap-

Dry the appliance and all parts

before connecting it to mains

supply and before attaching the

parts.

Never operate or place any part

of this appliance on or near to

hot surfaces such as gas burner,

electric burner or heated oven.

The bread can catch ﬁre be-

cause of overheating. Never use

the appliance in or near to com-

bustible, inﬂammable places,

materials and furniture. Do not

let the appliance come into con-

tact with or become covered by

inﬂammable materials such as

curtains, textiles, walls, etc.

Do not use paper, cardboard,

plastic in or under the appliance.

█

Use bread slices which are suit-

able for the bread slots.

█

Operate the appliance with de-

livered parts only.

█

Do not use the appliance with

damp or wet hands.

█

Always use the appliance on a

stable, ﬂat, clean, dry and non-

slip surface.

█

Make sure that there is no dan-

ger that the power cord could be

accidentally pulled or that some-

one could trip over it when the

appliance is in use.

█

Position the appliance in such a

way that the plug is always ac-

cessible.

█

Avoid contacting hot surfaces as

the outer casing becomes warm

during use. There is the danger

of burning.

█

Do not stick any foreign objects

onto the appliance.

█

This appliance must not be oper-

ated with an external clock timer

or separate remote control sys-

tem.

█

When using the appliance for

the ﬁrst time, smoke can develop

due to production residues. How-

ever, this does not mean the ap-

pliance is defective. The ﬁrst time

you switch it on, use the appli-

ance as you normally would, but

without bread. Ensure for proper

room ventilation.

█

To avoid the risk of ﬁre, frequently

remove crumbs from crumb tray.

█

Do not use the toaster without the

crumb tray in place.

█

Do not use this product with any

foodstuﬀ product containing

sugar or with products contain-

ing jam or preserves.

█

Do not toast the bread with ex-

tremely runny ingredients such

as butter.

█

Do not attempt to extract any

jammed toast, muﬃns, bagels,

bread or any other item with a

knife or any other object, as con-

tact with live elements may cause

electric shock.

█

If the toaster begins to emit

smoke during operation, imme-

diately stop the toasting process.

Should bread get stuck in the

toaster always unplug the ap-

pliance before you pull out the

bread. Be careful the bread may

be very hot.

█

The toaster can only be switched

on when the plug is connected to

a wall socket.

█

Do not use any tools or objects

in the appliance. Metal objects

could cause short circuits or elec-

tric shock. Do not damage the

heating elements and mechan-

ics.

█

Do not use the appliance as a

source of heat.

█

Do not attempt to dislodge bread

when the appliance is switched

on.

█

Always unplug from the wall

socket when not in use and be-

fore cleaning.

CLEANING AND CARE

Caution:

█

Never use petrol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, or

metal objects and hard brushes to clean the appli-

ance.

█

Never put the appliance or power cord in water or

any other liquid.

1 Turn the appliance oﬀ and disconnect it from the

wall socket.

2 Let the appliance cool down completely.

3 Remove the crumbs after each use by pulling out

the crumb tray. Clean the crumb tray with a damp

cloth only. Before pushing back the crump tray in

the appliance make sure that the tray is dry. Do not

let bread crumbs accumulate inside the toaster, they

may cause ﬁre.

4 Turn the toaster upside down and shake it slightly to

remove bread crumbs from inside.

5 Use a damp soft cloth and a small mild cleanser to

clean the housing of the appliance. Dry the housing

thoroughly.

Note:

Before using the appliance after cleaning, dry all

parts carefully using a soft towel.

parts and materials which can be re-used and

are suitable for recycling.

Therefore, do not dispose the product with

normal household waste at the end of its ser-

vice life. Take it to a collection point for the recycling of

electrical and electronic equipment.
