General Safety Directions

Caution

All the movable foot-operated rolls should be blocked

in time when the machine is shifted. Never shift the

machine undercarriage with a load (a machine) when

the machine is operated or plugged in. All the control

rolls should be blocked while the machine is operated.

Caution

The machine should be firly screwed onto the

underacrriage.

Caution

Beware of any uneveness and dirt that could block the

rolls of the undercarriage and cause tilting of the load.

Caution

In addition, be mindful of the safety instructions of the

machine placed on the undercarriage.

• The changes in consequence pf the technical profress

may be done by the manifacturer without any previous

notice and the changes are not possibly taken into

account in the manual.

• Before putting the unit in operation, check its

completeness and working capacity. Never put in

operation a unit that is faulty and not working as

appropeiate.

• Contact the manufacturer and have the unit tested by

a skilled mechanician.

• Always work cautiously and with care !

• Never aooky excessive force !

• Clean the unit regularly .

• The maximum supporting power is 100 kg. Never

overload the machine undercarriage.

• Make sure that children and unauthorised persons are

in sufficient distance from the work area.

• When working, wear tight-fitting work clothing, take

any jewels (rings, chains and the like) off and have

long hair tied.

• For work, wear personal protection equipment (gloves,

protection glasses, safety shoes etc.)

• Put the undercarriage on a flat and supporting ground able to

carry a full load

• Make sure that the load on the undercarriage is secured

against overthrowing and is not just laid on the undercarriage ,

(see Fig. 2 position F), attach the load on the undercarriage

safely using longitudinal hole in the corners .

• The load should be distributed uver the full undercarriage.

• Provide for sufficient lighting of the site,

• Make sure before any use of the instrument thatt all the screws

and nuts are tight.

• Never ise the machine undercarriage that is damaged or was

exposed to strong vibrations. Check all the parts before use.

• Never work feeling tired or influenced by drugs, medicaments

or alcohol.

• Never lat the undercarriage to be used by unauthorised

persons.

• Do not make any technicak changes on the undercarriage .

• Protect the undercarriage from the rain and bad weather

• Unplug the machine before moving it

• The safety instructions in this manual cannot cover all the

incorrect forms of use and handling the unit. Therefore work

considerately and use common sense

OPERATION

• The machine undercarriage should stay on a flat supporting

ground (see Fig. 2 position G).

• Make sure that sufficient height of the room is available and no

articles hinder the headroom .

• Pull the elasticly mounted adjustment pin (A) and shift side

adjustable feet (B) to the corner square (C).

• Push the elasticly mounted adjustment pin (A) in one of the

fastening holes in the side adjustable foot until the stop

is heard to snap.

• Nowm adjust all the sides of the undercarriage to match the

dimensions of the load to be transferred (dimensions of the

machine).

• Fasten the load with screws or clamps (not included in the

delivery) firmly in the longptudinal holes in corners of the unit.

•

The load should be attached in the handling points determined

by the manufacturer of the load (machine).

• Block the control rolls by clutching the pedal brakes slightly

(E).

• Unblock the control rolls by pushing the rear side of the pedal

down by foor.
