MANUAL

Congratulations on your purchase of

GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO. Your

safety is our primary concern, so please en-

sure that you familiarize yourself with all the

information in this manual before using your

GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO. It is es-

sential that anyone who intends to use this

device reads and understands the instructions

provided. An informed user is a safe user. Con-

gratulations on your purchase of GYMFORM®

ABS-A-ROUND PRO. We hope you enjoy your

sessions.

WARNING

Before embarking on any exercise programme,

including the GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND

PRO, consult your general practitioner and

your physiotherapist.

Ensure that you read the instructions, warnings

and precautions carefully before using your

GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO.

GYMFORM® ABS & CORE PRO is designed

for healthy adults. However, the device should

be used with care. Read the following guide-

lines and instruction manual before using the

product.

- Applying electrodes in the thorax area may

increase the risk of cardiac fibrillation.

- Using the device while connected to high-fre-

quency surgical equipment may cause burns

at the contact points of the GYMFORM® ABS-

A-ROUND PRO and may result in damage to

your GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO.

- Operation of a short-wave therapeutic device

or microwave oven in the general vicinity (e.g.

1 metre away) may cause instability in the out-

put power of the GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND

PRO.

- This is a powerful electrical muscle stimula-

tion device and may cause injury if you start

with the most advanced exercise programme

right away. Start with a lower level and gradua-

lly increase the intensity.

- Do not use on children or animals.

- Do not use while driving or sleeping.

- Do not use in the bathroom or in other places

with a high amount of moisture or humidity.

- The batteries should be removed from the

device before it is disposed of.

- The batteries should be safely disposed of.

- This device may be used by children aged

8 and over, by people with reduced physical,

sensory or mental abilities, and by people

lacking in experience and knowledge if they

are appropriately supervised or given suitable

instructions on the safe use of the device and

understand the dangers its use entails. Chil-

dren should not be allowed to play with the

device. The cleaning and maintenance to be

performed by the user should not be done by

children without supervision.

DO NOT use GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND

PRO:

- If you have an electronic implant (such as a

pacemaker) or suffer from another heart pro-

blem.

- If you are, or think you might be, pregnant.

- If you have cancer, epilepsy or are under me-

dical supervision for a cognitive disorder.

- If you are breastfeeding.

- If you have a high fever.

Women, before using GYMFORM® ABS-A-

ROUND PRO, you should wait:

• At least six months after the birth of your child

(after consulting your doctor).

• A month after having an intrauterine device

(IUD) fitted.

• At least three months after having a caesa-

rean section (after consulting your doctor).

• Until after the first days of your menstrual

period.

Before using GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND

PRO, you should obtain permission from

your doctor or physiotherapist:

• If you suffer from back problems. In this case,

the device should only be used at low intensity

levels.

• If you suffer from a serious disease or injury

not mentioned in this section.

• If you were operated on recently.

• If you are diabetic and take insulin.
