    • Sollte sich Skype dauerhaft nicht mehr öffnen lassen, so sollte Skype gelöscht und unter Verwendung des vorhandenen Skype Namen erneut installiert werden. Sollte sich Skype dann immer noch nicht Öffnen lassen, so sollte der Vorgang nach Verbinden der Lade-/Daten Verbindung erneut erfolgen. Im Zweifelsfall den Skype Kundenservice kontaktieren.     • Die optionale Erweiterung des Speichervolumens kann unter Verwendung einer Micro SD Card mit einem Volumen bis zu 32 GB erfolgen. Zur Speicherung von MP3 Musik, sowie Foto und Video Alben sollte ein solches Volumen ausgewählt werden. Nach dem Einsetzen einer Micro SD Card wird vom Gerät automatisch ein Verzeichnis erstellt, welches der besseren Zuordnung dient.
      Mittels USB Lade- und Datenkabel können Fotos, Musik, sowie alle weiteren Daten Verzeichnisse bequem vom / zum Rechner transferiert werden. Wichtig: vor Entnahme der Micro SD Card bitte auf dem Display das Symbol Einstellungen antippen. Viel Spaß Beantwortet 6-6-2016 12:41

    • Huawei G510 auf Werkseinstellung zurücksetzen
      Am Anfang eine Bemerkung zum hard reset - ich habe es selbst schon gemacht und es ist gelungen, eine Garantie kann ich aber dafür nicht übernehmen.
      Das sollte allen klar sein!

      Also geht es jetzt los.

      - Handy ausschalten.
      - Akku für ca. 10 Sekunden entfernen.
      - Press gleichzeitig Power und Volume up bis das Logo erscheint.
      - Browse mit dem Volume-Button zu "wipe data/factory reset und press den Power-Button.
      - sect yes und press den Power-Button.
      - kurze Wartezeit,
      - select "reebot" und press den Power-Button.
      - nach kurzer Wartezeit erfolgt der Restart - das G510 muss jetzt neu eingerichtet werden.
      Bei mir sind alle Daten auf dem externen Speicher (8GB) erhalten geblieben

  • Hallo, ich bekomme immer wieder die Meldung: "zuweing Arbeitsspeicher", meine Bilder und andere Dateien speichere ich schon auf einer SD-Karte. Die Caches lösche ich auch regelmäßig. Es sind zum Teil keine Aktualisierungen der Apps mehr möglich, auch nicht die von Goggle. Das Gerät ist zum Teil auch sehr langsam.
    Welche Dateien, bzw. Apps kann ich entfernen, um das Problem zu beheben?

    Hat noch jemand dieses Problem?

    • Hallo,
      ich habe nicht genau das gleiche problem wie fu aber es geht schon in deine richtung.
      Mein handy ist auch mamchmal ziemlich träge, aber es kommt keine benachrichtigung, dass ich zu wenig ram (arbeitsspeicher) habe. Eigentlich sollte bei mir auch die nachricht erscheinen.
      Ich hab vieles nachgelesen, wie man den ram ein wenig leeren kann oder sogar erweitern kann, aber nix von dem hat funktioniert. Du könntest vielleicht versuchen mithilfe einer app in google play, namens ,, advanced task killer" die apps die beim start des handy aktiv sind zu deaktivieren.
      Ich hoffe es hilft dir, mir hat es nicht sehr geholfen, ich bitte daher, um einen rat wie man den ram vergrößern oder reinigen kann. Beantwortet 31-1-2015 11:36

    • Hallo,
      ich habe heute wegen dem Problem auch in einem Fachgeschäft nachgefragt. Dort erhielt ich den Tip, alles auf Werkseinstellung nach vorheriger Sicherung der Daten und Bilder ect. zurückzustellen!
      Nach langen überlegen habe ich diesen Schritt durchgeführt. Leider habe ich wohl die SD-Karte nicht vorher richtig gesichert, denn einige Bilder sind mir verloren gegangen! Das Aufspielen und Wiederherstellen benötigt zwar einige Zeit, doch alles funktioniert wieder! Viel Erfolg beim Ausführen

    • Du musst die Nummern die du nicht haben möchtest einfach aus drinen Kontakten löschen.
      Dann sind sie bei whatsapp nicht mehr zu sehen.

    • du musst die verbindung zu dem router unterbrechen in dem du den router auf dem handy anklickst und auf löschen drückst dannach musst du denn wap... code neu eingeben und es müsste funktionieren Beantwortet 20-6-2014 21:35

    mein Huawei G 510 ist beim telefonieren extrem leise. Man versteht kaum ein Wort. Der Lautstärkeregler an der Seite funktioniert zwar, aber in der max. Einstellung ist es höchstens 1/4 so laut, wie andere telefone. Kann man die Lautstärke noch irgendwie im Grundmenü einstellen, sodass eine höhere Endlautstärke herauskommt ?

  • kann bluetooth nicht einschalten. Im Display ist unter Einstellungen - bluetooth - das "AUS" ganz dunkel, nicht etwas heller beleuchtet wie z.B. oben drüber bei WLAN. Bei dem kann man dann hin- und herschalten. Nicht so bei bluetooth. Kann mir jemand helfen ? Eingereicht am 22-5-2014 18:19

  • Hallo, vorhin ist ohne Grund mein Huawei Ascend G510 ausgegangen. Dann ist es neu gestartet und hat plötzlich
    "Update exception
    EMMC is readonly, you" (da hört es dann auf)

    • Das ist ein Systemfehler. Muss man leider einschicken lassen.
      Dafür am besten Huawei direkt kontaktieren und dann schicken die einem eine pdf-datei, die einen zurückschickzettel enthält.
      Das Handy dann einpacken, wie es in der E-Mail beschrieben wird, und zurückschicken. Beantwortet 11-5-2014 21:38

    • Du kann mit dem Akkukabel (Das Kabel, welches du in das Netzteil via dem USBslot reinsteckst), dein Handy mit dem USB-Kabel an den Computer anschließen. Der Computer müsste dann das Handy eigentlich erkennen und dann kannst du von dem Handy die Bilder rüber kopieren. Beantwortet 6-5-2014 00:38

  • also ich habe ja ein huwei g510 und was ich nicht mag ist,dass wenn ich einen hintergrund einstelle auf einer seite nicht der ganze hintergrund drauf ist.das ist etwas schwer zu erklären.zum beispiel bei einem iPhone,bleibt der Hintergrund der selbe,wenn man auf eine andere seite geht, bleibt der hintergrund gleich und beim huwei bewegt sich der hintergrund mit.kann man das irgendwie einstellen?tut mir leid wenn das etwas unverständlich sein sollte.     • Der zum Fotografieren manuell eingestellte "Weissabgleich", ist auf das vorherrschende Umgebungslicht - in diesem Fall "Glühlampenlicht" eingestellt. Gleichzeitig steht zum besseren Ausleuchten das eingebaute Blitzlicht zur Verfügung. Das Blitzlicht kannst du durch antippen dauerhaft oder optional einschalten, b. z. w. ausschalten.
      Der Weissabgleich wird für natürlich wirkende Bilder genutzt. Wirken die Aufnahmen auf "Automatik" nicht wie das Original Motiv, hilft es oft, manuell nachzuhelfen.

    Inserting a SIM card

    Installing the microSD card
    You can insert a microSD card to expand your phone's storage capacity. To
    do so, perform the operations shown in the following figure.

    To remove the microSD card:
    1. On the home screen, touch

    2. Touch Storage > Unmount SD card.
    3. Carefully remove the microSD card.

    Installing the battery
    To install the battery, perform the operations shown in the following figures.

    2. Press the other end of the battery (position b in the preceding figure)
    against your phone to secure it within the battery compartment.

    Charging the battery

    1. Connect your charger to the provided USB cable.
    2. Connect the charger to a power outlet.
    3. Connect your phone to the USB cable to start charging.

    Battery indicator light
    The battery indicator light shows how much battery power you have.
    • Blinking red: The battery level is lower than 10%.
    • Steady red (when charging): The battery level is lower than 10%.
    • Steady yellow (when charging): The battery level is higher than 10%.
    • Steady green (when charging): The battery is almost or already full.

    How to save battery power
    Use the following methods to reduce your phone's power consumption:
    • When you do not need mobile data, open the notification panel and touch
    to turn off your data connection.
    • When you do not need wireless services, such as GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi, open the notification panel, and touch

    Touch: Touch an item to select or open it.

    Touch and hold: Touch and leave your finger on the
    screen for 2 or more seconds. You can touch and
    hold an application, a widget or a blank area to
    display their corresponding option menus.

    Flick: Where applicable, swipe your finger in the
    direction you want the screen to move. For example,
    you can flick left or right across the notification panel
    to dismiss a notification.

    Drag: Touch and hold an item and then drag it to
    another position. You can re-arrange icons on the
    home screen this way.

    Pinch: Pinch two fingers together to zoom out or
    stretch them apart to zoom in on a map, web page or
    picture.

    Locking and unlocking the screen
    Locking the screen not only prevents your phone from carrying out
    undesirable operations when you are not using it, but also protects it from
    unauthorized use. You can lock and unlock your screen in a number of ways.
    The pre-installed screen unlock method is used as an example in the
    section.

    Auto-rotate screen
    Your phone features a tilt sensor. If you rotate your phone while browsing a
    web page or viewing a photo, the orientation of your screen will change to
    landscape or portrait view automatically. You can also enjoy tilt sensorbased games, such as car racing games.

    Your phone comes with a variety of different themes. You can download
    additional themes from the web and mix and match theme elements to find
    that perfect fit.

    Changing the theme

    Removing an application icon uninstalls the application. When you
    remove an application icon, your phone prompts you to confirm the
    action. Touch OK to uninstall the application.

    1. On the home screen, drag an item onto another item to create a folder
    containing both of them.

    You can configure the email notification tone only after an email account
    has been set up.
    5. Touch OK.

    Setting the screen unlock method
    After a screen unlock method is set, you will have to use it every time you
    want to unlock your screen.

    Face unlock
    1. On the home screen, touch

    , and open the ALL tab page.

    2. In the PERSONAL section, touch Security.
    3. Touch Screen lock > Face Unlock.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to take a photo of your face. Your phone
    will use face unlock as the primary unlock method.
    5. Set a secondary unlock method.
    If face unlock cannot recognize you (because of dim light, for example),
    follow the onscreen instructions to unlock your phone using the secondary
    unlock method.
    To turn off face unlock, use the secondary unlock method to enter the
    Screen lock screen and select another unlock method.

    Unlocking the screen with a pattern
    1. On the home screen, touch

    , and open the ALL tab page.

    2. In the PERSONAL section, touch Security.
    3. Touch Screen lock > Pattern.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to set a screen unlock pattern.
    If you draw incorrect patterns five consecutive times, the screen will
    stop responding to your operations for 30 seconds. However, you will
    still be able to make emergency calls during this time.

    Unlocking the screen with a PIN
    1. On the home screen, touch

    , and open the ALL tab page.

    2. In the PERSONAL section, touch Security.
    3. Touch Screen lock > PIN.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to set a screen unlock PIN.

    stop responding to your operations for 30 seconds. However, you will
    still be able to make emergency calls during this time.

    Adjusting the screen brightness
    1. On the home screen, touch

    and open the ALL tab page.

    2. In the DEVICE section, touch Display.
    3. Touch Brightness.
    4. From the displayed dialog box, perform either of the following operations:
    • Select the Automatic brightness check box to have your phone
    automatically adjust its screen brightness based on the ambient light.
    • Drag the slider left to reduce the screen brightness or drag it right to
    increase the screen brightness.
    You can also flick down from the status bar to open the notification panel and
    adjust the screen brightness.

    Making conference calls with your friends, family and co-workers is easy
    with your phone.
    Before you make conference calls, make sure that you have subscribed
    to this service. For details, contact your service provider.
    1. Call the first participant.
    2. When the call is connected, touch

    Making emergency calls
    In the event of an emergency, you can make emergency calls as long as
    your phone is powered on and you have reception. No SIM card is
    necessary.

    Whether you can make emergency calls depends on your cellular
    network quality, usage environment, service provider policy, and local
    laws and regulations. Never rely solely on your device for critical
    communications when emergencies occur.

    Other call services
    Your phone also supports other call functions, such as call forwarding, call
    waiting, and voicemail. Before you use these functions, make that you have
    subscribed to these services. For details, contact your service provider.

    Forwarding calls
    Too busy to answer all your calls with one phone? Forward them to another
    number and never miss an important call again!
    1. On the home screen, touch

    and open the ALL tab page.

    2. In the APPS section, touch Call.
    3. Touch Call forwarding.
    4. Select a forwarding mode and enter the phone number to which you wish
    to forward calls.

    The call waiting function lets you answer another incoming call when you are
    already busy in a call and switch between the two calls.

    Setting up your voicemail
    Apart from forwarding calls to another phone number, you can forward calls
    (including the calls missed when you are on the phone or when your phone
    is powered off) to your voicemail and listen to them anytime.
    Before you use voicemail, make sure that you have subscribed to this
    service and have obtained your voicemail number. For details, contact
    your service provider. In addition, you can enable the call forwarding
    function and route all incoming calls to your voicemail.

    Turning on data service

    Wi-Fi network
    When you use your phone at home, you can connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot
    created from your router. When you use your phone in public places, such as
    hotels and libraries, there may also be Wi-Fi networks available. Though,
    please bear in mind that these may not be free to use.

    Connecting to a Wi-Fi network

    2. In the WIRELESS & NETWORKS section, touch the Wi-Fi switch to turn
    on Wi-Fi.
    3. In the WIRELESS & NETWORKS section, touch Wi-Fi.
    Your phone then scans for and displays a list of detected Wi-Fi networks.
    4. Choose the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to and touch Connect.
    For an encrypted Wi-Fi network, enter the password when prompted.
    If Wi-Fi and mobile data are both enabled, your phone connects to the
    Wi-Fi network preferentially. When Wi-Fi becomes unavailable, your
    phone automatically switches to the mobile data connection.

    You can share your phone's data connection with a computer via USB.
    To use USB tethering, you may need to install your phone's driver on the
    computer, depending on your computer's operating system.

    4. Touch Tethering & portable hotspot.

    Using your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot
    Your phone can also serve as a Wi-Fi hotspot for other devices, such as your
    computer.

    3. Touch Tethering & portable hotspot > Configure Wi-Fi hotspot.
    4. Name the Wi-Fi hotspot.

    It is recommended that you set it to WPA2PSK to better secure the WiFi network.
    6. Set the key to the Wi-Fi hotspot.
    When other devices want to access your phone's network, this key must
    be entered.
    7. Select the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot check box.

    Your phone is Bluetooth-capable, allowing you to connect to other
    Bluetooth-enabled devices for wireless data transmission. When you use
    Bluetooth, stay within 10 meters (33 feet) of other Bluetooth devices.

    Turning on Bluetooth
    1. On the home screen, touch

    and open the All tab page.

    2. In the WIRELESS & NETWORKS section, turn on Bluetooth.
    After Bluetooth is turned on, your phone's name is displayed at the top of the
    Bluetooth screen. Touch the name to set whether your phone is visible to
    other Bluetooth devices.
    To rename your phone, touch

    done, touch Rename to save the changes.

    Searching for and pairing with other Bluetooth devices
    To exchange data with another Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth on both
    devices and pair them with each other.

    Transferring files using Bluetooth
    Bluetooth enables you to conveniently send photos, videos and other files to
    your families and friends. You can share files with Bluetooth-enabled
    devices directly without an Internet connection.
    1. On the home screen, touch

    3. From the displayed option menu, choose Share > Bluetooth.
    4. From the detected Bluetooth device list, select a device.

    Receiving files using Bluetooth
    1. When your phone receives a file transmission request, open the
    notification panel.
    2. Touch Bluetooth share: Incoming file.
    3. Touch Accept to start receiving the file.
    After the file is received, your phone displays a message confirming that the
    file has been received. Open the notification panel to read the notification. By
    default, received files are saved to the bluetooth folder.

    DLNA
    The Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) enables users on the same WiFi network to share multimedia files easily. Using DLNA, you can:
    • Share multimedia files with your friends.
    • Access multimedia files on other DLNA devices.
    • Play multimedia files on other devices and control the playback.
    Before you use the DLNA function, ensure that your phone and other
    DLNA devices have connected to the same Wi-Fi network and DLNA is
    enabled on all devices.
    On the home screen, touch
    to access this application. You can then
    share photos, videos, and songs with other DLNA devices, as well as view
    and download the multimedia files shared by other DLNA devices.

    Android Beam
    Android Beam lets you quickly share data between two NFC-enabled
    phones. To share a web page or contact using Android Beam, simply place
    two phones back to back.

    Turning on Android Beam
    1. On the home screen, touch

    2. In the WIRELESS & NETWORKS section, touch More....
    3. Select the NFC check box to turn on NFC.
    4. Touch Android Beam then the Android Beam switch.

    Sharing a web page or contact
    Before you use Android Beam to share a web page or contact, make sure
    both phones are not locked and that NFC and Android Beam are enabled.
    1. Select the web page or contact you want to share.
    2. Place the two phones back to back. After a connection is set up, the
    phones play a tone, and the web page or contact screen shrinks.
    3. Touch the shrinked screen to display its information on the other phone.

    Use either of the following methods to turn on or off Airplane mode:

    Display settings

    • Touch Brightness to set the screen brightness. To manually adjust the

    Turning on or off fast boot

    When fast boot is on, your phone does not power off. Instead, it enters
    deep sleep mode when you try to power it off. This may interfere with an
    airplane's navigation system, so please turn off fast boot when you are
    on a flight.

    Restoring to factory settings
    Restoring your phone to its factory settings erases all your personal data
    from the phone memory, including your email accounts, system and
    application settings and installed applications. Back up important data
    before the restoration.
    1. On the home screen, touch

    and open the All tab page.

    2. In the PERSONAL section, touch Backup & reset.
    3. Touch Factory data reset > Reset phone > Reset phone.
    The phone will be restored to its factory settings and restart.
    To back up important data on your phone before restoring factory

    Online update
    Once in a while, new updates for your phone will be available online. You will
