USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Intended Use

• The air blow gun is intended for cleaning and blowing out material from objects and dicult to access

places.

• “Intended use” includes usage that follows the operating instructions.

• Any use beyond these parameters (dierent media, applying force) or any changes (reconstruction, use of

accessories that are not original) can lead to serious risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the inten-

ded purpose.

Before ﬁrst Use

Unpack the air blow gun and check all parts for any damage in transit. Dispose of packaging materials or

store them out of reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for children.

Start-up

• Screw the blow out nozzle (1) onto the air outlet opening (2).

• The air blow gun is equipped with an air quick coupling adaptor (4). For your own safety it is not recommen-

ded to use a permanent connection between the air blow gun and the air hose, but use the quick coupling

adaptor instead.

• Power up the compressed air generator.

• Press the trigger (3) to start the delivery of air. The more you press the trigger, the higher the air output rate

will be.

• Release the trigger to stop the delivery of air.

• After work, disconnect the air tool from the compressed air supply.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Air Pressure and Air Volume

• The air blow gun requires clean and oil-free air. Therefore do not use an oil-fog lubricator within the air sup-

ply system.

• If possible, only use compressed air hoses for the air supply that have not been previously used with air tools

requiring an oil-fog lubrication system.

• Operate the air blow gun with a pressure of 3 – 6 bar. When using higher pressure than the max. permitted

pressure of 8 bar, its usable life will be reduced drastically. Operate the air blow gun using a compressor with

an air suction capacity of at least 140 l/min. The ideal capacity is provided by compressors with a suction

capacity of 200 – 300 l/min.

• Only use air hoses with an inner diameter of at least 9 mm. When setting up the air pressure, always keep in

mind that the pressure will decrease by approx. 0.6 bar when using a 10 m long hose with an inner diameter

of 9 mm.

Maintenance and Care

• To ensure proper functionality and a long lifetime, diligent maintenance is essential.

• Add a few drops of oil to the trigger pin seal at regular intervals. Apart from that, the air blow gun is mainte-

nance free.

• Do not allow liquids to enter the air blow gun and never immerse it into liquids. Water in the compressed

air inlet can damage the machine. Therefore it is recommended to drain the air lines and the compressor

regularly! Also clean the air ﬁlters at regular intervals.

• For operating pneumatic tools, clean air is required. Corrosion residues, dust and dirt from the pneumatic

pipes reduce the eciency of the tool and will cause technical problems.

• If necessary, clean the air blow gun with a moist cloth.

• Do not use abrasive or aggressive chemicals as benzene or thinner, which may dissolve plastic parts.
