GET ST ARTED
Step 1: Insert the included 5-volt A C power adapter into forec ast station
and then into wall outl et.
Step 2: Insert 3 new AA batteries (not included) into the forec ast station.
Observe the cor rect polarity.
Step 3: Insert 2 new AA batteries (not included) into the outdoor sensor.
Observe the cor rect polarity. The red LED will flash when
transmitting.
Restart: If the outdoor tem perature is not displ ayed after 3 minutes,
remove batteries from the s tation & sensor and press a button 20 times .
After 15 minutes, return to Step 1 above.
SET TIME, DA TE AND OTHER FEA TURES
Hold the SET button to enter time s et mode.
1. Press the + or - / / buttons to adjust va lues.
2. Press the SET button to c onfirm adjustments and m ove to the next
item.
3. Press and release the UP or DOW N button to select the desire d
weekday language: FR (Fr ench), GE (Ger man), IT (Italian), NE
(Dutch), ES (Span ish), DA (Dani sh), and EN (Eng lish). Press and
release the SET button to continue .
Time set order :
1, Beep ON/OFF 2, Weekday language , default French 3, 12/24-Hour
4, Hour 5, Minutes 6, Y ear 7, Mo
nth 8, Date
Press the SNOOZE/ LIIGHT/ button at any tim e to e
xit or wait 20 s econds
without pressing buttons to return to the norm al time display.
Note: When in setting mode of any f eature, all the rest of the infor mation
of the LCD would disappear, only concentrate in the setting of the featur e.

Bell Icon
FAHRENHEIT /CELSIUS
Press the -/ºC/ ºF button to select Fahren heit or Celsius
temperature display.
SET TIME ALARM
1. Hold the ALARM button to enter alar m time set
mode.
2. T o adjust ALARM TIME pr ess the + or -/ºC/ºF buttons.
3. Press the ALARM button to conf irm adjustments and m ove to the
next item.
Alarm Time setting order: 1. Hours, 2. Minutes
ACTIV A TE/DEACT IV A TE TIME ALARM
Press the ALARM button once to view alarm time.
Press the ALARM button again to activate the alarm .
Once activated the bell icon appears .
Press the ALARM button again to deac tivate the
alarm. The bell icon will disap pear.
SNOOZE (SILENCES ALARM TEMPORARILY)
When alarm sound s, press the LIG HT/SNOOZE button to silence the
alarm for 10 minutes .
The alarm icon will flash.
In snooze mode, press any butto n to stop alarm for one day.
Note: The alarm is c rescendo sound. The alar m will sound for 2 m inutes
and then shut off complete ly .

ADJUST BACKLIGHT
When using A/C power:
Press the LIGHT HI/LO button to adjus t the backlight brigh tness.
Hold the HOLD ON/OFF button and the back light will turn off
completely. Hold again to turn on the back light.
When using Battery po wer only:
Press the LIGHT HI/LO button for 8 s econd back light.
FORECAST ICONS
The forecast statio n uses changing atmospheri c pressure to predict
weather condition s for the next 12- hours with 70-75 % accuracy.
INTELLIGENT W EATHER FOR ECAST
This station learns . Please allow 3 to 4 week s for barometric calibration.
This will ensure an accurate personal forecast f or your location.
HEA T INDEX/DE W POINT
Press the HEAT/ DEW button once to view Heat Index.
Press the HEAT/ DEW button twice to view Dew Point.
VIEW/RESET MIN/MAX V ALUES
The station autom atically resets minimum and max imum values daily at
midnight(0:00).

Press the MIN/M AX button to view m aximum values.
Hold the MIN/M AX butto n to reset m aximum values.
Press the MIN/M AX button to view m inimum values.
Hold the MIN/M AX butto n to reset m inimum values.
CHANNEL SCROLL-AUT O
The word AUTO will appear in the outdoor temper ature/humidity area
when multiple sens ors are received and the forecas t station is set to
scroll through the channels autom atically.
Press the CH button repeatedl y until AUT O is
displayed. The f orecast station will rotate throug h all available
channels.
Press the CH button once to display onl y one channel continual ly.
Note: When only one sens or is connected, you m ay not see other
channels.
The forecast statio n can receive up to 3 outd oor sensors: T X141TH-BCH
Select a separate channe l on each outdoor sensor.
Install batteries in all the s ensors.
Hold the CH button for 5 seconds and the for ecast station will sear ch
for all outdoor sensor s.
Press the TX button once on each s ensor to send a s ignal.
POSITION OUTDOOR SENSOR
Mount the outdoor sensor on a north-f acing wall or in any well
shaded area. Under an eave or dec k rail is preferred.

POSITION THE FORECAST ST A TION
The forecast station has a wide base to s it on a desk or table.
Choose a location 2 m eters or more from elec tronics such as
cordless phones, gam ing systems, televisions , microwaves, routers
etc.
Place within range of the outdoor sens or.
The maxim um transmitting range in open air is 90 m eters (300 feet).
Obstacles such as walls, win dows, stucco, c oncrete and large metal
objects can r educe the range.
