LAVA international Lt d .  (L AVA) pro vides limited

warranty fo r your mobile phone and original accessories

deliveredwithyou r mobilephone(hereinafterrefe rred toas 

“product ”)

Thewa rranty  period for thetransceiver isone (1) year

and for  batte ry, charger and headset is six (6) months from

the

dateofpurch ase.

Subject to the conditio ns of th is Limited Warranty,

LAVA warrants a prod uct to  be free from defects in design ,

material and wor kman shi p at the time of its orig inal 

purchasebyyou,andforasubsequentperiod ofone(1)year 

fortransceiverandsix (6)

monthsforbatter y&charger.

You shall have no  co vera ge or benefit s unde r thi s

warranty in  the event that any of the following conditions 

areappl icable:

‐ The product hasbe en subjectedto  abnormal use or

conditions, im proper stora ge, exposure to 

1.excessive moisture or damp ness, expos ure  to

excessive temperature, unauthorized

modification,

 unauthorized repa ir (inc ludi ng

but not  limited to  use of unauthorized spare

par ts  in repairs),abuse , accidents, Acts  of God,

spillsoffoodorliquids,improperinstallation

‐ You have not  no tified Lava of the defect in the

productduringtheapplicable warrantyperiod .

‐ The prod uct serial no. code or the

accessories date

codehasbeenremo ve d,defacedoraltered.

‐ The product hasbeen used withorcon nec ted to an

accessory (i) Not supplied by Lava or its

affiliates,(ii) Notfitforuse withthe productor

(iii)Usedotherwisethaninmanner intended.

‐ The seals of the product’s

 battery  enclosure have

been broken or shown evidence of temp er in g 

or the product’s battery  has  bee n used in

equipment other than  that fo r which it  has

beenspecifiedusablebyLAVA.

‐ All plastic surfaces and all other exte rna l ly exposed

part  that is scratched or dam aged due to 

normaluse.
