Apps on launcher bar are arranged in accordance with the yearly app usage (no. of app
access) among LG Smart TV users by country. The arrangement can be customized as
the way user wants.

Once cursor is focused on a certain app, recommended content list of the service
appears above the launcher. Since the recommendation logic related the app is made by
each content provider, LG neither knows the detailed logic nor has control of it.

The order of display in the channel list of Live Menu is displayed according to the
broadcasting standard without any arbitrarily modified or changed part by LG Electronics.

Content search results are provided based on an algorithm that optimizes to the user's
intention and finds the most accurate matching information. (Remote control, voice
search, etc.)

LG provides a few more derivative recommended content list with content information
such as genre, cast, director, etc. based on most watched by all Smart TV users by
country and recently released content list in last 30 days.
●
Recommended content list is updated every day.
●
Recommendations on the Live Menu Recommended page are provided 'you may like'
category and 'popular programs' category.
●
‘you may like' category based on viewing history recommends programs that is similar to
the information (title, genre, description, cast, director and etc.) of the programs that the
user watched before.
●
‘popular programs' category recommends the programs that all LG Smart TV users per
country watch the most at that time in order of viewing ratings. Information for viewing
history and ratings is collected only by agreed users.

At the entry page of LG Content Store, LG provides three kinds of app category.

‘Newly updated apps’ is composed of newly launched and recently updated apps. The
list is updated every day.

‘Most Popular apps' is composed of most downloaded and best rated apps in 30 days
by LG Smart TV users by country. Apps on launcher and Premium area are not
