Frying fat and oil may not be disposed into the sink or toilet. Sink and drain is not suited for solid
or fluid waste diposal. Disposing such matters into sink or drain pollutes the water. Dispose used frying
fat or oil into a separate container into the household waste.

• Never clean sensitive surfaces like plastic or non-stick coated units with metal objects and never
use abrasives.
• Remove residues of oil with a piece of kitchen roll. If necessary fill the deep fryer with water up to the
MAX mark and heat up using few drops of dish washing liquid. Let it cool down and empty. Then fill
with clear water and repeat this process to remove residues of dish washing liquid. Let it cool down
and empty. Dry it with a piece of kitchen roll.
• In order to clean the housing use a dry cloth or piece of kitchen roll.
• Clean the accessories in warm water with some washing up liquid. Wipe with a dry cloth.
• The lid is removable (see „Before the first use“). Before cleaning it is absolutely necessary to remove
the filter to avoid damaging and getting wet! Open the filter cover grid at the lid and remove the filter.
Then clean the lid with warm water and some dish washing liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

• Remove the cover grid of the filter which is placed on the lid. Press the release button slightly
to release. Remove the used filter. Clean the inside of the filter case with a damp cloth and dry
thoroughly. Put a new filter inside and close the cover grid. New filters can be bought in the
specialized trade.

The guarantee period for this appliance is 24 months. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase
(cash receipt). In case of malfunction you may send the appliance to your dealer; add information about
the malfunction and the original purchase receipt (which is obligatory for a repair free of charge)

manufacturing faults, at our choice by repair or exchange. These obligations do not extend the period
of guarantee. No claim on a new period of guarantee results from it.
