ON / Off switch with level I and II

extremely sharp!

 Place the piece holder on the back of the sliding feet table.

 Caution: Always use the food support to push the

food for- and backward!

 Adjust the desired size of slices by turning the adjusting

switch (see picture to the right). The scale on the switch

helps to find the desired size of slices. For thin slices turn

the switch clockwise, for thick slices turn it counter

clockwise.

 Position 0 for safety reason covers the blade.

 Now plug in.

 Put the food to be sliced onto the

slicing feed table and take the transparent piece

holder to hold the food safely.

 Now switch the ON/OFF switch into position I.

The food slicer will operate.

 If switching into position II (pulse) the ON/OFF switch

must be pressed all the time. When releasing the switch the motor will stop.

 Move the slicing feed table by slightly pushing the food holder forward.

 Caution! Risk of injury! Always be extremely carefull while cutting food. Take care

not to get in direct contact with the sharp blade!

 To switch off put the ON/OFF switch into position 0. For safety reason always unplug

after each use and before cleaning!

 Clean the unit after each use because it is in contact with food.

Cleaning and maintainance

Caution danger of electric shock! Before cleaning always switch off the appliance and

unplug. Never immerse the appliance cord and plug into water!

Caution risk of injury! The blades of the appliance are very sharp! Keep this in mind

when cleaning or changing the blades.

 Remove piece holder and wash separately. Wash sliding feed table on both sides and the

housing with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild soap or spray cleaner. Rinse and dry. Do

not wash any part of food slicer in dishwasher. Never use steel wool or scouring powder on

any part of food slicer!

Cleaning the blade

Caution: the blade is very sharp - risk of injury! Careful when

taking off and cleaning!

 Never open the three small screws. It is not necessary and can

cause damage!

 To clean or change the blade it can be taken off by turning the

black screw to release the blade.

 Unscrew the big black screw by turning it to open (see picture

to the right “Cleaning the blade”).

 After cleaning install the blade with the big black screw again.

. Ensure to attach the blade exactly into position.

 The blade must be positioned exactly into the hole on the drive gear. If it does not fit
