3. Klaar om te beginnen!
Gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van uw mr. Safe GPS
Bikelight. We raden je ten zeerste aan om het toestel
volledig op te laden alvorens het de eerste keer in
gebruik te nemen.
Verbind de bijgeleverde USB-laadkabel aan het ene eind
met het GPS-Bikelight en de andere zijde met een USB-
stroombron (laptop, power bank, …) om het toestel
op te laden. De aansluing bevindt zich onderaan het
toestel, naast de mulfunconele bedieningsknop. Het
rode LED-lampje gaat branden als het toestel bezig is
met opladen. Wanneer het rode LED-lampje niet meer
aan is, is het opladen voltooid.
Na het congureren van de SIM kaart, stuurt het toestel
een sms wanneer de baerij bijna leeg is:
Noce: Low baery alert.

Het mr. Safe GPS Bikelight is voorzien van een mul-
funconele bedieningsknop onderaan.
Druk één keer op de mulfunconele toets om het
pulserend licht in te schakelen.
Druk tweemaal om het connue LED licht in te schakelen.
Druk driemaal om het toestel uit te schakelen. Twee
seconden na het indrukken wordt dit uitgevoerd.

Het mr. Safe GPS Bikelight werkt enkel op SIM kaarten
die geschikt zijn voor bellen én internet. Zorg dat
de GPRS funce en de Caller ID weergave-funce
aanstaan en dat de SIM kaart pincode vrij is. (Na het
ontgrendelen van je SIM kaart in een Smartphone kan
je de pincode op de SIM kaart uitzeen.)
Plaats de SIM-kaart volgens de scker op de achterzijde
en installeer het bijgeleverde afdekplaatje met de
schroeven om het apparaat te sluiten.
Om te testen of de SIM kaart correct geïnstalleerd is,
kan je het nummer van je SIM kaart bellen. Als deze
verbinding maakt met het nummer is de SIM kaart
correct geïnstalleerd.
Gebruik makend van de bijgeleverde etsklem en
schroevendraaier kan u het toestel aan uw ets bevesgen.



6. 
Via enkele simpele SMS-berichten naar de SIM kaart in
het toestel kan je het toestel congureren:
SMS 1: APN instellingen
Om de APN instellingen aan te passen sms je:
 waar Axxx staat voor de APN
naam, Bxxx de gebruikersnaam en Cxxx het paswoord.
Als er geen gebruikersnaam en paswoord in te geven zijn,
sms je  waar Axxx staat voor de APN naam.
Zodra de instellingen aangepast zijn krijg je een sms terug:

In de onderstaande tabel kan je de gegevens voor de
meest voorkomende operatoren terugvinden. Indien u
niet zeker bent, raadpleeg dan zeker de website van je
operator om deze instellingen terug te vinden.

SMS 2: Master nummer (alarm contactnummer) instellen
Het toestel gaat enkel reageren op instruces komende
van het Master telefoonnummer. Om dit in te stellen
sms je:
*master*123456*+11XXXXXXXXXX* waar +11
staat voor je landcode, 123456 voor het standaard
wachtwoord en XXXXXXX staat voor je telefoonnummer


bv: +31612345676 voor NL en +32475123456 voor België
Als het master telefoonnummer ingesteld is krijg je
een sms terug:      

SMS 3 (oponeel): Wachtwoord veranderen
Om het paswoord te veranderen sms je:
 waar xxxxxx staat voor het nieuwe
paswoord.
Als het paswoord veranderd is krijg je een sms terug:

Je kan de locae van je ets op twee manieren opvragen:
1. Via SMS:
SMS  naar het GPS Bikelight om per
kerende SMS een link naar de exacte locae op
Google Maps te ontvangen.
2. Online
Door in te loggen op  met
het master telefoonnummer en het wachtwoord,
kan je terugzien welke trajecten het GPS Bikelight
afgelegd hee.
3. ! Het standaard paswoord om in te loggen is 123456.
Het paswoord kan veranderd worden in de instellingen
8. 
i. Als het toestel niet in beweging is, wordt er standaard
1x per 72u locae-informae naar de server gestuurd.
ii. Bij beweging wordt er 2x naar het master telefoon-
nummer gebeld met 15 seconden interval tussen de
oproepen.
iii. Als het toestel in beweging is, wordt de locae-
informae elke 10 seconden vastgesteld en 1x per
minuut wordt deze informae doorgestuurd naar de
server.
iv. Om de baerij te sparen gaat het toestel in Stand-by-
modus wanneer er geen beweging wordt vastgesteld.
Het toestel verstuurt geen data in de Stand-by-Modus.
Zodra er weer beweging is wordt het toestel weer
acef.


Congratulaons with the purchase of your mr. Safe GPS
Bikelight.
We strongly recommend you to charge the product
completely before using it for the rst me.
Connect the included USB-charging cable with the GPS
Bikelight on one end and a USB-power source (laptop,
power bank,…) to charge the product. The USB slot
can be found at the boom of the product, next to the
Mulfuncon-buon. The LED indicator will light up
RED when the product is being charged. When the red
LED is o, the GPS Bikelight is completely charged.
Aer conguring the SIM card, the product will send a
text message when the baery is almost empty:

4. Turning on the lamp
The mr. Safe GPS Bikelight is equipped with a
mulfuncon-buon on the boom.
Press the mulfuncon-buon once to turn on the
pulsang LED light.
Press twice to turn on the connuous LED light.
Press three mes to turn o the device. Two seconds
aer pushing, the LED light will turn o.

The mr. Safe GPS Bikelight only works on SIM cards that
are suitable for calling and internet. Make sure the
GPRS funcon and Caller-ID funcon are enabled and
that your SIM card is pin code free. (Aer unlocking
your SIM card in a smartphone, you can enable the pin
code requesng)
Insert the SIM-card according to the scker on the
backside and install the included cover plate with the
screws to close the device.
To see if the SIM card is properly installed, you can call
the number of your SIM card with your phone. When
a connecon is established, the SIM card is correctly
installed.
Using the included Mounng Clamp and a screwdriver,
you can mount the device onto your bike:


6. 
The SIM card can be congured by sending a few simple
text messages:
SMS 1: APN sengs
To adapt the APN sengs text: 
where Axxx stands for the APN name, Bxxx the user
name and Cxxx the password.
If there is no user name or password, text 
where Axxx stands for the APN name.
Once the sengs are adjusted, you will receive a text
message:         

Consult the overview underneath for the most common
operator data. If you are not sure, we advise you to
consult the website of your operator to nd the sengs.

The device will only respond to instrucons from the
Master phone number.
Text: *master*123456*+11XXXXXXXXXX* where +11
stands for your land code, 123456 for the standard
password and XXXXXXX stands for your phone number


e.g.: +31612345676 for NL an +32475123456 for Belgium
When the master number is set, you will receive a text
message: 

You can locate your bike in two ways:
1. Text message:
Text to the GPS Bikelight and receive a
Google Maps link to the posion of GPS posion of
your bike.
2. Online
By logging in on  with your
master number and the password, you can consult all
the trajectories that the GPS Bikelight has made.
3. ! The standard password for logging in is 123456.
The password can be changed in the sengs. !
 
i. When the device is not moving, the locaon-
informaon will be sent once every 72h to the server.
ii. When moon is detected, the GPS Bikelight will
make two calls to the master number with 15
seconds interval.
iii. When the device is in moon, the locaon-
informaon will be determined every 10 seconds
and sent to the server once every minute.
iv. The device will go into Standby-mode to save the
baery when no moon is detected. The device will
not upload data in the Standby mode. As soon as
moon is detected again, the device will turn acve
again.
