  • Mein Handy empfängt keine TAN per SMS von meiner Bank, wohl aber alle anderen Mitteilungen. Der Netzbetreiber hat mir die einwandfreie Zustellung versichert, die Bank versendet die SMS von einem inländischen Server. Es muss am Gerät liegen. Können sie helfen? Eingereicht am 29-12-2016 09:55

    • Der Fehler ist gefunden: Die Rufnummer der Sparkasse war aus Versehen in die Filterliste gelangt. Dort ist sie rausgelöscht worden, danach funktionierte die TAN Übermittlung wieder. Beantwortet 30-12-2016 12:00

    • Bei mir war die Rufnummer der Bank in die Filterliste gelangt. Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellaung hats nicht gebracht, aber die manuelle Löschung des Filterlisteneintrags war hilfreich. Nachdem die Nummer aus der Filterliste leöscht war, lief die TAN Übermittlung wieder einwandfrei. Beantwortet 30-12-2016 12:02
