Disposal

Disposal of the appliance

The packaging is made of environmentally

friendly material and can be disposed of

at your local recycling centre.

Do not dispose of power tools in the

normal domestic waste!

European Directive 2012/19/EU requires that

worn-out power tools be collected separately and

recycled in an environmentally compatible manner.

Your local community or municipal authorities can

provide information on how to dispose of the worn-

out appliance.

Disposing of the batteries

Batteries should not be disposed of in the

domestic waste. Every consumer is legally

obliged to dispose of batteries at a collec-

tion site of his community/city district or at a retail

store. This obligation is intended to ensure that

batteries are disposed of in an environmentally

responsible manner. Dispose of batteries only

when they are fully discharged.

Information regarding the

conformity declaration

This device complies with the essential requirements

and other relevant provisions of the European Elec-

tromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/

EC, the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC and

the Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC as well as

RoHS directive 2011/65/EU.

The complete original declaration of conformity

can be obtained from the importer.

Warranty

You are provided a 3-year warranty on this app-

liance, valid from the date of purchase. This app-

liance has been manufactured with care and in-

spected meticulously prior to delivery.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In

the event of a warranty claim, please contact your

Customer Service unit by telephone. This is the only

way to guarantee free return of your goods.

NOTE

► This warranty is valid only for material

or manufacturing faults, not for damage

sustained during carriage, parts subject to

wear and tear or damage to fragile parts,

e.g. switches.

This product is intended solely for private use and

not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall

be deemed void in the case of misuse or improper

handling, use of force or modiﬁcations which have

not carried out by one of our authorised Service

centres.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by this

warranty. The warranty period is not extended in

consequence of repairs carried out under the war-

ranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired

components.

Any damage and defects present at the time of

purchase must be reported immediately after un-

packing, but no later than two days after the date

of purchase.

Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty

period shall be subject to charge.
