- If ingredients stick to the wall of the bowl,

remove the motor unit and the lid. Then loosen the

ingredients with a spatula or add some liquid.

- Do not let the appliance operate with any of

the accessories longer than 3 minutes without

interruption. Let the appliance cool down for

15 minutes before you continue processing.

- Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents

or aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone to

clean the appliance.

Recipes

Pancake lling

Note: This recipe can be prepared with the regular blade unit.

Ingredients:

- 130g honey

- 100g butter (room temperature)

1 Put the honey in the fridge for several hours.

2 Put the honey and the butter (cubes of 1.5 x 1.5cm ) in the chopper

bowl.

3 Switch on the appliance and chop for 5 seconds.

- Never immerse the motor unit in water or any

other liquid and do not rinse it under the tap.

Use only a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.

Warning

- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance

corresponds to the local mains voltage before you

connect the appliance.

- Do not use the appliance if the mains cord,

the plug or other parts are damaged.

- If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it

replaced by Philips, a service centre authorised by

Philips or similarly qualied persons in order to

avoid a hazard.

- This appliance can be used by persons with

reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or

lack of experience and knowledge if they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning use of

the appliance in a safe way and if they understand

the hazards involved.

- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the

appliance and its cord out of the reach of children.

- Be very careful when you handle a blade unit.

Be especially careful when you remove it from the

bowl, when you empty the bowl and when you

clean it. Its cutting edges are very sharp

block the blade unit.

- Do not exceed the quantities and processing times

indicated in the table.

- Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately

2cm before you process them.

- Never ll the bowl with ingredients that are hotter

than 80°C/175°F.
