Problem Solution
Can I pour boiling hot
liquids into the jar of the
blender?
No, you must not pour very hot ingredients into the
blender jar as it may damage the jar and its accessories.
If you want to pour ingredients like boiled spinach for
pureeing into the jar, let the ingredients cool down to a
temperature of less than 80°C / 175°F to avoid damaging
the appliance.
How to clean the jar of
the blender?
The easiest way to clean the jar is to use the “Quick Clean”
function. Put 500 ml of water (maximum) and some
dishwashing liquid in the jar and press the pulse button
several times. Rinse the jar afterwards.
How to add ingredients
when the blender is
running?
You can add liquids through the small hole in the lid. If you
want to add solid ingredients, switch o the blender rst.

Do not let the blender run for more than 3 minutes at a
time. If you have not nished processing after 3 minutes,
switch o the blender and let it cool down to room
temperature before you let it run again.

Make sure your blender jar is attached correctly on the
motor unit. You can try to detach and attach it again.
