the related sofware from here.
B. Serious Network delay
In general if remote browsing is slow, try to adjust the resolution of the camera
to 174x128. If this works faster, the problem can be found with the speed of your
network. If not please contact the supplier technical staff.
C. Screen colours are not satisfying
The color of the screen can be adjusted at the camera parameters (see full
manual). These parameters are set to default in factory, and can not be suitable
for all occasions.
D. No device video display (Black screen or huaping)
Install directX9 or higher from our service website
Cancel the 3D effect in the camera setup.
