product. Note: It is important that you read
this manual before using the product. Then
keep this manual in a safe place.

Installation
1. Bell
- Remove the battery compartment cover at
the back
- Fit 3 AA 1.5V batteries in the direction
indicated
- Switch the ON-OFF switch to the ON
position (6)
- Replace the battery compartment cover
2. Bell push-button
- The push-button works on 1 x 12V battery
(included).
- The battery is already fitted. Open the push-
button by pressing the lip on the bottom and
remove the isolating strip.
- Use the 2 recesses on the rear side of the
push-button to mark the place of fixing. Drill
holes and assemble the push-button with
screws or use the double-sided adhesive
tape (included).
- Click the rear side back into place and the
push-button is ready for use.
CAUTION! Fixing the push-button on a metal
surface or PVC door post (with metal) will
considerably decrease the transmitting range.
3. Channel selection
The unit is supplied at a pre-set radio
frequency.
Use
1. If you want to use the pre-programmed bell
sounds.
- Remove the battery compartment cover on
the back of the bell.
- Switch the switch to the ‘IN’ position (7), you
then activate the already programmed bell
sounds.
- Replace the battery compartment cover
- Listen to the programmed ringing tone by
pressing the large key. ( 3)
- Choose your favourite sound using the keys
on the bell (1)
- Set the volume using the volume buttons on
the bell (2).
- Confirm your choice by pressing the large
key (3).
CAUTION! When you remove the batteries
from the bell, for example to replace them,
your ring tone choice will be lost. You must
then set it again by proceeding as above
again.
2. If you want to have your own music play
when someone rings at the door.
- Remove the battery compartment cover on
the back of the bell
- Switch the switch to the ‘SD’ position (7),
you then activate the SD card.
- Fit the SD card supplied in the bell in the
right direction (4)
- Connect the bell to your computer using the
cable supplied (5). Your computer will now
show the SD card
- Copy your selected MP3 files to the SD
card.
- Disconnect the cable
- Listen to the MP3 ring tones on the SD card
by pressing the large key. (3)
- Choose your favourite sound using the keys
on the bell (1)
- Set the volume using the volume buttons on
the bell (2)
- Confirm your choice by pressing the large
key (3).
CAUTION! When the switch on the back of
the bell is in the ‘SD’ position but there is no
SD card inserted the bell will automatically
use the first pre-programmed ring tone.
Clipping MP3 files
The software supplied can be used to cut
fragments from your MP3 files. You can, for
example, have the chorus of your favourite
song sound as your bell. Proceed as follows:
Insert the CD-ROM supplied in your
computer's disk reader.
