Wash the knife blades in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
Clean the handle with a damp cloth. DO NOT use any abrasive cleanser.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contaminaƟon from different types
of food, the use of hot clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come
