The Quintezz WML300 set consists of:

* 3x Wireless Motion LED Lamps

* 3x Mounting brackets/Holders for LED Lamps

* Mounting parts: screwdriver, screws, pillars & tape

INSTALLING THE BATTERIES

See illustration 1

1. Remove the lamp from the holder. Unscrew the four screws of the lamp and remove

half of the ball. The battery compartment is now visible.

2. Insert 3x AAA 1.5V Alkaline batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity

inside the lamp and on the batteries.

3. Close the battery compartment by putting the 2 sides of the ball together again.

Make sure that the rubber seal between the 2 parts is in the right place and tighten

both parts with the screws.

Note:

• R

emove the batteries from the product if it is not used for a long time (1 month or longer).

• For best results, you need to replace the batteries when needed: when the

brightness of the LED lamp decreases, when the light stops working or when the

motion sensor no longer works.

INSTALLATION

The WML300 LED lamps can be used anywhere and any place when you need some extra

light, indoors and outdoors.

The WML300 LED Lamps can be installed in various positions (See illustration 2):

• Horizontal

• Vertical

• Upside down

Make sure to mount it on a stable, solid supporting surface. Use the screws & pillars

or tape included in the packaging to mount the mounting bracket/holder of the lamp.

See Illustration 3: To install the holder using the screws, you can release the bottom part

of the holder by turning it in the direction of the arrow “OPEN”. You can then place the

bottom part against the wall and mark the screw holes with a pencil. Screw the bottom

part against the wall. Put the holder back on the bottom part by turning it in the direction

of the arrow “LOCK” until it clicks into place.

MOTION / LIGHT SENSOR

See illustration 4

You can set the lamp in 3 various positions: OFF – AUTO – ALWAYS ON.

1. Turn ON the lamp by setting the switch in the “AUTO” position. To check that the lamp

is set to “AUTO”, you can cover the sensor with your hand in a dark place. The lamp

will turn on automatically. When set in this mode, the lamp will ONLY work when

motion is detected & the environment/location is dark.

2. In the “OFF” position, the lamp is turned OFF and will not be activated in case of

movement. It will still work in the ALWAYS ON position.

3. For the “ALWAYS ON” position, press the power button to turn the light ON/OFF in any

setting. This way, you can use the lamp as ﬂashlight.

CLEANING

Make sure the motion sensor is kept dust free and clean. Clean it regularly (1x per

month) with a dry cloth and with warm, soapy water. A dirty motion sensor may not work

properly. This can lead to premature aging of the battery and may result in unreliable

operation of the device.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem 1:

Light does not turn on if something or someone moves into the detection range.

Possible solution:

Make sure that:

• The switch is in the “AUTO” position.

•

The batteries have sufﬁciently capacity (if not, replace the all 3 batteries at the same time).

Problem 2:

Light ﬂashes or low light.

Possible solution:

• Weak battery. Replace all 3 batteries at the same time.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Never place the device in the vicinity of excessive heat or cold sources. Extreme

temperatures have a negative inﬂuence on the life of electronics and batteries.

• Always respect local regulations when replacing batteries.

• Protect the device from special liquids and vapors.

• Turn off the unit before cleaning. Do not use any solvent based cleaning agents,

only a soft, dry or moisted anti-static cloth.

• Do not attempt repairs yourself.

• If the unit is not properly installed or operated Quintezz® cannot accept liability.

De Quintezz WML300 set bestaat uit:

* 3x Wireless Motion LED Lampen

* 3x Mounting beugels/houders voor LED Lampen

* Bevestigingsonderdelen: schroevendraaier, schroeven, pluggen & plakband

INSTALLATIE BATTERIJEN

Zie illustratie 1

1. Neem de lamp uit de houder. Schroef de 4 vijzen van de lamp los en verwijder de

helft van de bal. Het batterijcompartiment is nu zichtbaar.

2. Voeg 3x AAA 1.5V Alkaline batterijen in (niet meegeleverd), en let goed op de

correcte polariteit binnen in de lamp en op de batterijen.

3. Sluit het batterijcompartiment door de 2 zijden van de bal terug samen te brengen.

Zorg dat de rubberen afdichting tussen de 2 delen van de bal op de juiste plaats zit

en schroef beide delen terug vast!

Opmerking:

• Verwijder de batterijen uit het product als u het voor lange tijd niet gebruikt (1 maand

of langer).

• Voor het beste resultaat dient u de batterijen te vervangen wanneer nodig: wanneer de

helderheid van de LED lamp afneemt, wanneer het licht stopt met werken of wanneer

de bewegingsdetector stopt met werken.

INSTALLATIE

De WML300 LED lampen kunnen altijd gebruikt worden, overal waar u extra licht nodig

heeft, zowel binnen als buiten.

De WML300 LED lampen kunnen op verschillende manieren geïnstalleerd worden (Zie

illustratie 2):

• Horizontaal

• Verticaal

• Ondersteboven

Zorg ervoor dat u de houder bevestigt op een stabiel oppervlak. Gebruik de meegeleverde

schroeven en pluggen of de plakband om de houder te bevestigen.

Zie illustratie 3: Voor de installatie met schroeven, kunt u de onderkant van de houder

losklikken door deze in the richting van de pijl “OPEN” te draaien. Vervolgens kunt u de

onderkant tegen de muur plaatsen en de schroefgaatjes aftekenen met een potlood.

Schroef de onderkant tegen de muur. Bevestig vervolgens de houder terug op de

onderkant door deze in de richting van de pijl “LOCK” te draaien tot deze vastklikt.

BEWEGING / LICHT SENSOR

Zie Illustratie 4

U kunt de lamp in 3 verschillende posities zetten: UIT – AUTO – ALTIJD AAN.

1. Zet de lamp AAN door de schakelaar in de “AUTO” positie te zetten. Om te controleren

of de lamp in de “AUTO” instelling staat, kunt u de sensor afdekken met uw hand in

een donkere ruimte. De lamp zal dan automatisch aangaan. In deze modus zal de

lamp enkel werken wanneer beweging gedetecteerd wordt in een donkere omgeving.

2. Wanneer de lamp in de “UIT” positie staat, staat de lamp uit en zal ze niet aangaan in

geval van beweging. De lamp zal nog wel werken in de ALTIJD AAN positie.

3. Voor de “ALTIJD AAN” positie, druk op de AAN-knop om het licht aan of uit te zetten

in elke instelling. U kunt de lamp nu ook als zaklamp gebruiken.

REINIGEN

Zorg dat de bewegingssensor stofvrij en schoon blijft. Maak deze regelmatig schoon

(1x / maand) met een droge doek en met warm zeepwater. Een vuile bewegingssensor

werkt misschien niet accuraat. Dit kan leiden tot voortijdige verjaring van de batterij of

tot onbetrouwbare werking van het toestel.

PROBLEEMVERHELPING

Probleem 1:

Licht gaat niet aan als iets of iemand in het bewegingsbereik komt.

Mogelijke oplossing:

Zorg dat:

• De schakelaar in de “AUTO” positie staat.

• De batterijen voldoende capaciteit bevatten (indien niet, vervang de 3 batterijen gelijktijdig)

Probleem 2:

Licht ﬂikkert of is niet licht genoeg.

Mogelijke oplossing:

• Zwakke batterij: Vervang de 3 batterijen gelijktijdig.

VELIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES

• Plaats het toestel nooit nabij een hittebron of koude bronnen. Extreme temperaturen

hebben een negatieve invloed op het leven van elektronica en batterijen.

• Respecteer steeds de lokale regulaties wanneer u de batterijen vervangt.

• Weerhoud het toestel van speciale vloeistoffen en dampen.

• Schakel het toestel uit alvorens het schoon te maken. Gebruik geen solventen,

enkel een droge of vochtige antistatische doek.

• Onderneem zelf geen reparatiepogingen.

• Indien het toestel niet correct geinstalleerd is of gebruikt word, kan Quintezz®

geen verantwoordelijkheid accepteren.

El set Quintezz WML300 consiste en:

* 3x lámparas de movimiento inalámbrico LED

* 3x soportes de montaje / soportes para lámparas LED

* Piezas de sujeción: destornillador, tornillos, tapones y cinta.

INSTALACIÓN DE LAS BATERÍAS

Ver ilustración 1

1. Retire la lámpara del soporte. Desatornille los 4 tornillos de la lámpara y retire la

mitad de la bola. El compartimiento de la batería ahora es visible.

2. Inserte 3 pilas alcalinas AAA 1.5V (no incluidas), prestando atención a la polaridad

correcta dentro de la lámpara y las pilas.

3. Cierre el compartimiento de la batería al volver a ensamblar los dos lados de la

bola. Asegúrese de que el sello de goma entre las 2 partes de la bola esté en el

lugar correcto y vuelva a atornillar ambas partes.

Nota:

• Retire las baterías del producto si no va a utilizarlo durante un período prolongado (1

mes o más).

• Para obtener los mejores resultados, reemplace las baterías cuando sea necesario:

cuando el brillo de la luz LED disminuye, cuando la luz deja de funcionar o cuando el

detector de movimiento deja de funcionar.

INSTALACION

Las lámparas LED WML300 se pueden usar siempre que necesite luz adicional, tanto en

el interior como en el exterior.

Las lámparas LED WML300 se pueden instalar de varias maneras (vea la ilustración 2):

• Horizontal

• Vertical

• Al revés

Asegúrese de colocar el soporte en una superﬁcie estable. Utilice los tornillos y tapones

suministrados o la cinta adhesiva para ﬁjar el soporte.

Consulte la ilustración 3: Para la instalación con tornillos, puede soltar la parte inferior

del soporte girándolo en la dirección de la ﬂecha “OPEN”. Luego, puede colocar la parte

inferior contra la pared y marcar los oriﬁcios de los tornillos con un lápiz. Atornille la

parte inferior contra la pared. Luego, vuelva a colocar el soporte en la parte inferior

girándolo en la dirección de la ﬂecha “LOCK” hasta que haga clic.

MOVIMIENTO / SENSOR DE LUZ

Puede colocar la lámpara en 3 posiciones diferentes: APAGADO - AUTOMÁTICO -

SIEMPRE ENCENDIDO.

1. Encienda la lámpara moviendo el interruptor a la posición “AUTO”. Para veriﬁcar si

la lámpara está en el ajuste “AUTO”, puede cubrir el sensor con la mano en una

habitación oscura. La lámpara se encenderá automáticamente. En este modo, la

lámpara solo funcionará cuando se detecte movimiento en un ambiente oscuro.

2. Cuando la lámpara está en la posición “OFF”, la lámpara está apagada y no se

encenderá en caso de movimiento. La lámpara seguirá funcionando en la posición

SIEMPRE ENCENDIDA.

3. Para la posición “SIEMPRE ENCENDIDO”, presione el botón ENCENDIDO para

encender o apagar la luz en cada conﬁguración. Ahora también puede utilizar la

lámpara como una linterna.

LIMPIEZA

Asegúrese de que el sensor de movimiento permanezca libre de polvo y limpio. Límpielo

regularmente (1 vez al mes) con un paño seco y con agua tibia y jabón. Un sensor de

movimiento sucio puede no funcionar con precisión. Esto puede llevar a una limitación

prematura de la batería o al funcionamiento no conﬁable del dispositivo.

ES SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

Cuestión 1:

La luz no se enciende cuando algo o alguien entra dentro del rango de movimiento.

Posible solución:

Asegúrese de que:

• El interruptor está en la posición “AUTO”.

• Las baterías tienen capacidad suﬁciente (de lo contrario, reemplace las 3 baterías al mismo

tiempo)

Cuestión 2:

La luz parpadea o no es lo suﬁcientemente ligera.

Posible solución:

• Batería débil: Reemplace las 3 baterías al mismo tiempo.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

• Nunca coloque el dispositivo cerca de una fuente de calor o fuentes de frío. Las

temperaturas extremas tienen un impacto negativo en la vida útil de la electrónica

y las baterías.

• Respete siempre las normativas locales cuando cambie las pilas.

• Mantener el dispositivo de líquidos y vapores especiales.

• Apague el dispositivo antes de limpiarlo. No utilice disolventes, solo un paño

antiestático seco o húmedo.

• No intentes repararte a ti mismo.

• Si el dispositivo no está instalado correctamente o se está utilizando, Quintezz® no

puede aceptar ninguna responsabilidad.
