6. Lower the blade unit into the motor unit.

7. Press the bottle down to run the motor (Fig. A). Release it to stop the motor.

8. Once ﬁnished, lift the bottle oﬀ the motor unit, turn it upright, unscrew the blade unit then screw the

lid onto of the bottle.

9. Flip the cap on the lid open to pour, press it closed to store.

USING THE JUICER

• Use good quality, fresh, ripe, citrus fruit.

• Wipe the fruit.

• Turn the fruit on its side and cut in half with a sharp knife to cut through the centres of the segments.

1. Align d on the juicer body with u on the motor unit.

2. Lower the juicer body into the motor unit.

3. Put the juice collector into the juicer body.

4. Put the pulp collector into the juice collector.

5. Fit the reamer onto the drive shaft. The large reamer is for juicing grapefruits, oranges, etc. The small

reamer is for juicing lemons, limes, etc. To use the small reamer, pull the large reamer oﬀ the small

reamer. To reﬁt the large reamer, lower it on top of the small reamer, so the gaps in the bottom of it

ﬁt over the wings in the small reamer.

6. Place the 400ml bottle under the spout.

7. Using one half-fruit at a time, place the cut (ﬂesh) side on top of the reamer and press it down (Fig B).

8. The reamer will turn, pressing the juice out of the half-fruit.

9. Move the fruit around, to ensure that the reamer reaches all of the ﬂesh.

10. When you stop pressing, the motor will stop.

11. Do the same with the rest of your fruit.

12. The spout can closed to prevent dripping when you have ﬁnished using the appliance (Fig. C)

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance.

2. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.

3. Remove the seal with something blunt, like the handle of a fork.

4. Hand wash the removable parts.

5. Press the seal back into place with something blunt, like the handle of a fork.

¬ You may wash these parts in the top rack of a dishwasher.

If you use a dishwasher, the harsh environment inside the dishwasher will aﬀect the surface ﬁnishes. The

damage should be cosmetic only, and should not aﬀect the operation of the appliance.

RECYCLING

To avoid environmental and health problems due to hazardous substances, appliances

and rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries marked with one of these symbols

must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. Always dispose of electrical

and electronic products and, where applicable, rechargeable and non-rechargeable

batteries, at an appropriate official recycling/collection point.
