3 If you’re using one of the tools, remove and check it first.
4 Check the bin, bin lid, HEPA filter, and fibre filter.
5 Remove and check the hose.
6 Check the base tube – this runs down to the brush roller. Don’t use anything sharp.
The blunt end of a ball-point pen will do nicely.
7 If the blockage isn’t clear by now, try again, as there’s nowhere left to check.
