Why is the pulse measurement function not working?
If this happens, check whether the optical sensor on the back has enough
skin contact and is free of skin particles or dust. Incoming light and too
much movement can distort the pulse measurement. For this reason, make
sure that the device is fitted tightly enough without cutting into the skin.
Then restart the pulse measurement. If you have very hairy arms and /
or tattoos, this can have a negative impact on pulse measurement.

Charge the fitness wristband‘s battery if “Battery low“ is shown in the
display when you press the button.
Never allow the battery to go completely flat; this is the only way to
ensure continuous data collection.

Can I wear the fitness wristband while I am cycling?
You can also wear the fitness wristband while you are cycling. A precon-
dition of this is that you wear the fitness wristband in the correct place.
You can wear the fitness wristband attached to your leg or carry it in a
tight trouser pocket or side pocket, but you cannot wear it attached to
your belt. However, the information regarding the distance covered will
deviate from the actual distance, because the fitness wristband interprets
all of your physical movements as steps.
