PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE PROBABLE SOLUTION

The noise is getting louder. - The appliance is not in a stable

position or it is not levelled

properly.

- The appliance is in contact with

furniture or with a wall.

- Bottles, cans or dishes inside the

fridge freezer are in contact.

- Make sure that the appliance is

placed in stable position and on a

flat surface. To level it, adjust the

front feet.

- Make sure that the appliance is

not in contact with any furniture

and that no component of the

cooling system in the rear part of

the body of the appliance is

touching the wall. Move the

appliance away from any walls or

furniture.

- Make sure that the increase of the

noise is not due to bottles, cans or

dishes that could come into

contact with the inside of the

appliance.

There is water on the bottom of the

fridge compartment.

- Defrosting drains blocked. - Make sure that the space of one of

the defrosting channels is not

obstructed. Clean out the

defrosting channel with a

detergent for this purpose.

There is water on the shelves on the

tempered glass shelves.

- The foods or the dishes stored in

the fridge compartment are

touching the back wall of the

compartment.

- Do not let foods or dishes touch

the back wall.

There is water under the appliance. - The defrosting water collection

tray has slid away from the

compressor.

- Place the tray on the top part of

the compressor.

When the door of the appliance is

opened the airtight rubber seal

comes out.

- The seal is dirty from stick food

residues (fats, syrups).

- Clean the airtight seal and its

groove with lukewarm water to

which soap or washing up liquid

has been added, and dry off.

Place the airtight seal back into its

correct position.

There is condensation on the upper

part of the appliance.

- The relative humidity of the

environment is more than 70%.

- Air the room where the appliance

is located and, if possible,

eliminate the cause of the

humidity.
