SERVICE / WARRANTY
The warranty duration is 3 years and starts with the date of purchase. Please retain your purchase
receipt to prove the date of purchase.
The warranty applies only for devices sold within the Federal Republic of Germany. It covers defects
and malfunctions, which might occur with normal usage during the warranty period and can result
from material or processing defects.
In case of claim, the device will be repaired at no cost to the customer.
Damages, modifications or operation for any use other than described in this user manual will void the
warranty, provided that this is outside of the field of responsibility of the guarantor. This applies to the
following cases specifically:
• Any interference inside the device by unauthorized persons.
• Modifications on or within the device, removal of the serial number or modification of the serial
number beyond recognition, removal or modification of the device seal.
• Damages caused by falls, bumps or other outside influences.
• Damages caused by improper handling or misuse.
• Damages caused by external causes, e.g. excess voltage, lightning.
• Commercial use of the unit.
Please retain the original packaging for a future return for repairs.
Repaired or exchanged components are generally subject to the remaining warranty period of the
device.

maintain the right to deny acceptance of any mail sent to us without our permission or to return the
corresponding mail to the sender at the senders expense.
