Steam dispensing
The hot steam is dispensed from the steam wand (Dr. 1 – I) to frothing
milk or heating up liquids.
• Fill a pitched ¾ with the liquid to be heated up or frothed.
• Position the steam nozzle of the steam wand (Dr. 1 – I) into the
jug just below the liquid surface. Attention: ensure that the end
nozzle is below the surface, it may cause hot sprays that causes
burns!
• Turn left the steam valve knob (Dr.1 – M) to open the steam.
• As soon as you reach the wished foam consistency or tempera-
ture of the liquid, turn to the right the steam valve (Dr.1 – M) to
close the steam.
N.B. To avoid milk rests to dry on the wand, we strongly recommend to
clean the wand with a humid non abrasive cloth after every use. Pay
attention during this operation: the wand becomes extremely hot during
steaming and can causes burns.

Setting of coffee and hot water portions
Programming is done on standby machine ready to operate.
Programming begins pressing the key E on the touch pad on left side of
the machine from operator side.
• Press key E on the touch pad for more than 5 seconds
• Release key E and press the key to be programmed (A B C D
F ). The led on the key lights on and erogation begins.
• When the wished quantity is reached (coffee or hot water) press
the lighted key and the erogation stops.
• Repeat the sequence from A to C button on every single key of
the touch pad on left side of the machine from operator side.
• To exit from programming press key E.
Note: By programming the touch pad on left side of the machine from
operator side, the same quantities are automatically set on the other
