appliance by yourself in order to avoid a

- CAUTION: In order to prevent
overheating do not cover the appliance.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label
matches the mains voltage before plugging in the
appliance.
- Connect the appliance to a socket that can supply a
minimum of 16 amperes.
- The appliance’s plug must t into the mains socket
properly. Do not alter the plug. Do not use plug adaptors.
- Use the appliance in a well ventilated area.
- If other gas or fuel appliances can be used at the same
time in the room where the appliance is to be used, that
room must be well ventilated.
- Do not place the appliance where it can reach the sunlight.
- Keep children and bystanders away when using this
appliance.
- The appliance is dedicated to be hanged : on its support,
make sure that the surface on which it is placed is stable.
- Place the appliance away from heat sources and at at
least 1 meter far away from possible contact with water
(splashes etc.)
- Keep the appliance away from ammable material such
as textiles, cardboard or paper, etc.
- Place the appliance a minimum distance of 50cm away
from combustible materials, such as curtains, furniture …
- Do not place inammable material near the appliance.
- Ensure that neither the air access nor exit become
either totally or partially covered by drapery, clothing, etc.,
as this increases the risk of re.
- Do not use the appliance in association with a
programmer, timer or other device that automatically
switches it on.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
- If any of the appliance casings breaks, immediately
disconnect the appliance from the mains to prevent the
possibility of an electric shock.
- CAUTION: Maintain the appliance dry.
- CAUTION: Do not use the appliance at less than 1
meter far from water.
- Do not use the appliance with damp hands or feet, or
when barefooted.
- Do not force the power cord. Never use the power cord
to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.
- Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
- Do not clip or crease the power cord.
- Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with
the appliance’s hot surfaces.
- Keep the appliance well away from heat sources, oil,
sharp edges or moving parts.
- Check the state of the power cord. Damaged or tangled
cables increase the risk of electric shock.
- The appliance is not suitable for outdoor use.
- Supply cord should be regularly examined for signs of
damage, and if the cord is damaged, the appliance must
not be used.
- Appliance must be supplied through a differential
current device with a maximum sensitivity of 30 mA. Ask
for advice from a competent installer.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
- Do not leave the appliance out in the rain or exposed
to moisture. If water gets into the appliance, this will
increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- The temperature of the accessible surfaces may be high
when the appliance is in use.
Using
This appliance has been designed for wall mounting
only. Do not use it in another position.
Security distance to be respected :
- Select a wall tting the product weight.
- Mark the place of the 2 screws on the wall (distance of
43,5 cm between) (Fig. 2).
- Use a level to check the horizontally of the heater.
- Drill the holes, insert screw anchors and put the two
screws inside.
- Place the appliance in front of the screws, and put them
inside the mounting holes of the support (L shaped).
- Move the appliance to the right and downwards to x it.
- Use the most convenient pre-cut cord ‘knock out’ to pass
the power cord.
- Make the electrical connexion.
Starting (with remote control)
- Put 1 CR 2205 batterie in the remote control.
- Plug the appliance. Room temperature is displayed on
LED screen (15) and LED (9) is on.
Power setting
- Press Fonction button (18) to select low power (1000W).
- Low power indicator (11) lights.
- Press again Fonction button (18) to select high power
(2000W).
- High power indicator (12) lights.
Temperature
(Only available with remote control)
- Press “+” and “-“ (19 or 20) button to set the desired
temperature
- Press “+” and “-“ (19 or 20) button to set the desired
temperature (from 10 to 49°C).
- The selected temperature ashes a few second on the
LED screen, then the room temperature is
displayed again.
- If the room temperature is higher than the selected tem-
perature, the appliance fans only.
- If it is lower it will switch to low power (if gap is below
2°C) or high power (if gap is more than 2°C)
