Advice:
If water if your area is particularly calcareous it is advisable to use
distilled water.
STEAM IRONING
• Fill the tank (11) with water.
• Select the desired jet of steam using the steam control knob (4)
(refer to table A).
• Regulate the temperature regulation lever (10) in the steam ironing
area (•••) or MAX
Note:
steam will automatically stop being delivered when you stand the
iron on its end during pauses in between ironing.
Advice:
some drops of water could come out together with the steam when
using it for the first time.
This is quite normal.
Test on an old cloth before starting to iron your linen.
DRY IRONING
• Set the steam control knob (4) to “0”.
SPRAY FUNCTION
• This function dampens the linen and can be used both with steam
ironing and with dry ironing. There must be water in the tank (11)
to use it.
• Press the spray button (6) intermittently and direct the jet of water
onto the more obstinate creases.
SUPER STEAM FUNCTION
• Press the super steam button (5) intermittently: the iron will deliver
a more powerful instantaneous jet of steam.
Note:
• Do not press button repeatedly too often as drops of non-vaporized
water may start dripping out.
• Use this function with the temperature control knob (10) set in the
“
(•••) - MAX
” steam area only.
• Some particles of limescale could come out every time super
steam is used for the first time, we therefore advise you not to aim
the first jets of steam directly onto the linen.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Unplug the iron from the power supply and wait until it has
completely cooled down before starting on any cleaning job.
• Clean the iron with a soft dry cloth only.
• Clean the soleplate regularly using a normal non-abrasive sponge
so as not to ruin the surface.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive substances.
• Never submerge the appliance in water or other liquid
substances.
• Never put perfumed substances into the tank.
AFTER USE
• Unplug from the outlet.

INFORMATIONEN FÜR DIE BENUTZER
Gemäß den Europäischen Richtlinien 2002/95/EG, 2002/96/EG und
2003/1 08/EG über die Reduzierung der Verwendung gefährlicher
Stoffe in elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten, sowie die
Abfallentsorgung.
• Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Mülltonne auf dem Gerät besagt, dass
es am Ende seiner Verwendungszeit getrennt von anderen Abfällen
entsorgt werden muss.
• Der Benutzer muss daher das Gerät nach Beendigung seiner
Verwendungsdauer zu geeigneten Sammelstellen für die getrennte
Abfallentsorgung von elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten bringen oder

• Die angemessene Abfalltrennung und die darauf folgende Verbringung des
