The thermostat EIB/KNX RAMSES 713 S is used for controlling the temperature in
individual rooms of functional and private buildings.
Available as a continuous as well
as a two-point controller.
It is also possible to control 2-step heating (basic and addi-
tional step) as well as heating and cooling systems.The temperature controllers
should be used in dry rooms.The controller RAMSES 713 Fan Coilis suitable for
controlling a fan coil unit with a fan coil actuator.
The temperature controller is suitable for dry rooms only.

Safety
To be able to eliminate all fire hazards and the risk of electric
shock,the device must be connected and installed by a qualified
electrician and in accordance with the national regulations and
valid safety requirements.Tampering with or making modifica-
tions to the device will invalidate the guarantee.
Always carry out
installation works voltage-free.
Installation of thermostat
• Gently pull-off the temperature selector.
• Turn the latch with a small screwdriver to position OPEN.
• Carefully place thermostat on the guiding rails and push to the left until mounting
base is covered.Do not tilt thermostat!
• Turm latch with a small screwdriver to position CLOSE.
• Place temperature selector on the unit.
De-installation of thermostat
• Draw off temperature selector.
• Loosen latch to position OPEN.
• Push thermostat to the right ...and left the unit.Do not tilt thermostat!
De-installation of mounting base
• Press-in spring at cover of the mounting base and lift it off.
• Loosen screws and reverse base unit.
• To pull out wire use an appropriate screwdriver to release spring clamp!

• Connect the bus cable to the bus line (red + /
black –).(Note the polarity!)
• Selector for desired temperature with “soft click”notches.
• The desired room temperature is adjustable in 1/4 degree steps.
