DOES THE DEVICE EMIT RADIATION?
The device meets all standards with regard to electromagnetic elds
(EMF). It is urgently recommended to operate the device according
to the Venta operating instructions. These are included in the scope
of delivery of the device or can be downloaded from the Venta web-
site at any time.
THE AIRWASHER ISN‘T WORKING. WHAT CAN I DO?
Make sure that the Airwasher is connected to the power supply and
the coupling of the power supply is inserted into the device.
The device is working, but the buttons are not reacting. Check if the
“Child Lock” function is activated. To deactivate the keypad, hold
ON pressed for 3 seconds.
LW60T, LW60T WiFi, LW62T WiFi: The “Fill Tank” display to ll the
water tank is glowing red. Make sure that the water tray is inserted
properly and there is enough water in the water container.
If the problem persists, please contact the VENTA customer service
department.
I CAN‘T FIND MY PROBLEM AND/OR MY QUESTION. WHAT CAN I DO?

try. If there is no service department in your country, please contact
your local VENTA dealer.
WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF THE VENTA HYGIENE DISC?
The formation of hard lime deposits is prevented through the use of
the Hygiene Disc. The water softener granules in the Hygiene Disc
are impregnated with silver ions against microbes. In combination,
this ensures hygienic operation.
WHY SHOULD NO OTHER ADDITIVES BE USED?
Only the additives oered for the LW60T, LW60T WiFi, LW62T WiFi,
LW62 WiFi by the company Venta-Luftwäscher GmbH were spe-
cially coordinated for the high-grade Venta plastics. Other additives,
such as cleaning products from chemists or pharmacies can have a
corrosive eect on the plastic. Venta-Luftwäscher GmbH assumes
no liability for this. Do not add fragrance oil to the water. This may
impair the function of the Hygiene Disc.
WHERE CAN I ORDER VENTA ADDITIVES AND ACCESSORIES?
Contact your specialist dealer or, if the accessories are not in stock,
you can order them directly from Venta Airwasher.
THE HYGIENE PROGRAMME:
- Venta Hygiene Disc for hygienically awless continuous operation,
available in packages of 1 or 3. Hygiene Disc supply for approx. 3
months
- Venta Cleaner, 250 ml bottle, for biannual intensive cleaning
HOW DOES THE VENTA HYGIENE DISC WORK?
The Hygiene Disc rotates in the water basin together with the disc
stack. In the rotation process, the “hard” water is fed through the
Hygiene Disc, which is lled with water softener granules. During
this process, the water is softened through ion exchange. Water
softening through ion exchange is understood to be the removal of
lime-forming cations (Ca++ and Mg++) and their replacement with
sodium ions Na+, which form soluble salts and hence do not form
deposits.
HOW LONG CAN THE VENTA HYGIENE DISC BE USED?
Depending on the water hardness, water quality, operating life of
the device and the daily evaporation rate, the Hygiene Disc must be
exchanged at least every 3 months.
HOW LONG CAN THE VENTA HYGIENE DISC BE STORED?
If the packaging remains unopened, the Hygiene Disc can be stored
for 1 year.
HOW SHOULD THE VENTA HYGIENE DISC BE STORED?
The Venta Hygiene Disc should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place
DO THE DEPOSITS IN THE LOWER PART AND ON THE DISC STACK
IMPAIR THE FUNCTION OF THE AIRWASHER?
No. All deposits in the lower part and on the disc stack (white,
green-yellowish or brownish deposits) do NOT impair the function of
the Venta Airwasher. The addition of the Venta Hygiene Disc guaran-
tees a awlessly hygienic operation.
WHAT IS THE VENTA UVC LAMP (FOR LW62T WIFI / LW62 WIFI MODELS
ONLY)?
The Airwasher features a built-in UVC lamp. The UVC lamp is
designed for a hygienically awless operation of the Airwasher and
prevents the formation of germs and bacteria in the water. It is active
for 4 hours a day.
HOW LONG CAN THE VENTA UVC LAMP BE USED?
The intensity of the UVC lamp is exhausted after approx. 3 years.
That is why the UVC lamp should be changed every 3 years. Read
the maintenance instructions before opening the device. The UVC
lamp is accompanied by an instruction manual.
CAN THE FIXED MAINS WATER CONNECTION BE INSTALLED
ANYWHERE? (FOR LW62T WIFI / LW62 WIFI)
The water quality must correspond to the drinking water ordinance
of the respective country in which the device is operated. The con-
nection to the domestic water supply must be carried out according
to the applicable regulations of the respective country. Also, all
devices and mechanisms that are used for the supply of the water
to the device must correspond to the applicable regulations of the
respective country.
The water supply to the device must take place via a cold water
connection that:
- can withstand the operating pressure.
- corresponds to hygiene regulations.
- The water pressure must lie between 150 and 600 kpa.
CAN I EXTEND THE STAINLESS STEEL TUBE? (FOR LW62 WIFI ONLY)
An extension of the stainless steel tube is not permitted. A defective
stainless steel tube may only be exchanged by a Venta original spare
part (available from Venta customer service, in specialist shops).
I SEE SEVERAL WIFI NETWORKS (“SELECT NETWORK”). WHICH ONE
SHOULD I CHOOSE?
1. Either the one with the name issued by you
2. The WiFi network named on the back of the router
3. The strongest one in your listing
WHICH “SECURITY TYPE” ENCRYPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?
1. Preferably the one that is recommended. By default this is
WPA2/PSK
2. The one that was indicated during the WiFi set-up
3. The one indicated on the rear on the rating plate of the router
THE WIFI SYMBOL IS NOT TURNING GREEN!
You have selected the wrong WiFi network. Make sure that you are
choosing the right WiFi network.
You have selected the wrong encryption.Check the type of encrypti-
on used in your WiFi network.
Your password (“PSK” (ASCII input mode)) is wrong. Make sure that
your password is correct. Enter your password again. If your pass-
word contains special characters that are not represented on the
