1. Thestickblenderblendsandmixesfastandeasily.Useittomakesauces,soups,mayonnaise,purees,dietary

andbabyfood,mixeddrinksorcocktails;youcanoperatethestickblenderjustaswellinanybowl,andpanor

othercontainertoo.If youwanttoblen

ddirectlyinthesaucepan,youshouldtakethesaucepanawayfrom

the stove first and let it cool down slightly.  Do not blend any food at a temperature that higher than

40⁰C,otherwiseyourhandblendercouldgetoverheated.

2. To avoidsplashing, insert the stick blender intothe v

esselfirst, and thenpress the switch.Keepthe switch

pressedforoperation.Toturnyourstickblender,simplyreleasetheswitch.



Caution:

1. Do not continuously operate the blender too long. The motor may overheat. Do not allow the blender to

operatemorethan1minutesatonetime.

3. Whenusingdirectlyinapanfirstremoveitfromthestove.
