5. Now the two door bolts and the washers (7) can be removed and then refitted at the other side.
6. Open the boiler door, swing it open by 90° and secure it against tipping over.
7. Secure the upper bolt with the locking ring. Remove the lower bolt and refit it from the inside (as in the origi-
nal status) and secure it with the locking ring.
8. Dismantle the stop (2) and the springs (3) and refit them at the opposing side (according to sketch).
Attention: the spring and the curve of the stop must point outwards.
9. Check to make sure the door is properly mounted. Finally, remove the door support and close the door.
1. Aprire lo sportello della caldaia (1) di 90° e bloccare in posizione.
2. Togliere l’anello di sicurezza (6) del perno superiore (4) dello sportello e alzare leggermente il perno, in mo-
do da poterlo smontare con maggiore facilità più avanti.

Smontare il perno inferiore (5) dello sportello e rimontarlo dal basso senza l’anello di sicurezza (6). Bloccare
il perno dal basso, in modo che non possa cadere.
4. Richiudere lo sportello della caldaia, alzare leggermente e fissarlo avvitando.
5. Ora i due perni dello sportello e le rondelle (7) possono essere estratti e rimontati sull’altro lato.
6. Aprire lo sportello della caldaia di 90° e bloccare in modo che non possa richiudersi.
7. Bloccare il perno superiore con l’anello di sicurezza. Estrarre il perno inferiore e rimontarlo dall’interno, come
allo stato originale, e bloccarlo con l’anello di sicurezza.
8. Smontare la battuta dello sportello (2) e le molle a lamina (3) e rimontarle sul lato opposto (come indicato nel
disegno).
Attenzione! La molla e la curvatura di guida della battuta devono essere rivolte verso l’esterno.
9. Controllare che lo sportello sia montato correttamente – prima di togliere il supporto e di richiudere lo spor-
tello.
1. Abrir puerta de la caldera (1), girarla por 90° y asegurarla contra basculación.
2. Quitar anilla de seguridad (6) del pivote de la puerta (4) y levantar ligeramente el pivote para poder desmon-
tarlo después fácilmente.
3. Desmontar pivote de puerta inferior (5) y volver a montarlo desde abajo sin anilla de seguridad (6). Asegurar
pivote desde abajo para que no pueda salir.
4. Volver a cerrar la puerta de la caldera, levantarla ligeramente y atornillarla.
5. Ahora hacen quitarse los dos pivotes de la puerta y las arandelas (7), montarlos en el otro lado.
6. Abrir puerta de la caldera, girarla por 90° y asegurarla contra basculación.
7. Asegurar pivote superior mediante anilla de seguridad. Quitar pivote inferior y volver a montarlo desde el
interior, como en estado original, y asegurarlo mediante anilla de seguridad.
8. Desmontar tope de la puerta (2) y muelles (3) y montarlos en el lado opuesto (según dibujo).
Atención: Muelle y curva guiante del tope deben estar orientados hacia fuera.
9. Comprobar que la puerta esté montada correctamente – en caso de ser así puede removerse el soporte y
cerrarse la puerta.
