With Carrefour Mobile you can keep your
current GSM Number
Transferring your existing GSM number is FREE. If you
already have a gsm number than you can keep it while
becoming Carrefour Mobile. It has no importance you
were a postpaid subscriber or a prepaid customer. If you
had subscription (no prepaid) , check the cancellation
conditions of your provider. Just notice: With Carrefour
Mobile you don’t need to pay a subscription and
you’ve got only low prices.
To transfert your current number it’s really easy. Simply ll
out the form and mail it in the postage-paid envelope
(both supplied). to Post Box 100011, 1170 Brussels.
This takes about four working days to process,
depending on the postal service.
In the interval you will receive a new SIM card by post
that will allow you to keep your number , with the related
instructions.
Meanwhile, continue using your old SIM card. If your
current GSM service is prepaid, use up any money on your
card during this time (as we can only transfer your number,
not your calling credit).
The card you bought is still valid, you may offer it, in order
to let somebody else discover the advantages of
Carrefour Mobile.

1. The PIN-code
Changing your PIN
Your card comes with a standard PIN, that has been
set to 1111. You should change the code to a four-digit
number that only you know. If you chose for example
‘1375’ as your new PIN, you would enter this sequence:
**04*1111*1375*1375# then press the call button

The standard PIN has now changed into your new PIN.
Note: Your new PIN cannot consist of consecutive
numbers (e.g. 1234) or repetitive numbers (e.g. 2222).
