• Where the mains plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the

disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

• This appliance may require the use of a different line cord, attachment plug, or

both, depending on the available power source at installation. Connect this

appliance only to the power source indicated on the appl iance’s rear panel. To

reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, refer servicing to qualified service personnel

or equivalent.

3. General Guidelines

• Refer to the Velleman

Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages of this

manual.

• All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by

user modifications to the device is not covered by the warranty.

• Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised

way will void the warranty.

• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by

the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or

problems.

• Nor Velleman nv nor its dealers can be held responsible for any damage

(extraordinary, incidental or indirect) – of any nature (financial, physical…) arising

from the possession, use or failure of this product.

• Keep this manual for future reference.

4. Overview

Front Panel

1 + 11 – Volume controls.

Adjust the volume to control the signal output of channels A and B.

2 + 7 – Fault LEDs.

The LEDs light up when the amplifier does not receive enough power or it is

overheating.

3 + 8 – Power indicator LEDs.

4 + 9 – Clipping indicator LEDs.

The LEDs light up when the amplifier cuts the sound due to distortion.

5 + 10 – Audio signal input indicator LEDs.

The intensity of the LEDs will change indicating the strength of the channels’ input

signal.

6 – Power switch.

Press the power switch to switch on the amplifier.

Rear Panel

1 + 2 – Audio signal inputs.

3 – Stereo and bridging switch.

4 – Ground switch.

5 + 9 – Speaker output terminals.

6 + 8 – Speakon output sockets.

7 – Speakon bridging output socket.

Bridging output A and B channels for connecting an 8 Ω speaker.

10 – AC power socket.

11 – Ventilation fans.

12 – Fuse.

13 – Voltage switch.
