Activating/Deactivating an Alarm

• To deactivate or reactivate a set alarm, press the Timer button once while the unit is in standby

mode. “ALA ON” means the alarm is active. “ALA OFF” means the alarm is not active and will not

ring.

Stopping an Active Alarm

• When the alarm is sounding, press the Power button to turn it off. The alarm will come on

again on the next day at the set time (depending on the set interval).

DAB+ Radio

1. Switch the unit on as described previously.

2. Select the DAB mode by pressing the Source button repeatedly.

3. When the unit is switched into DAB mode for the rst time, it will automatically tune for available

stations.

Alternatively: Press the Menu button to enter the DAB menu. [FULL SCAN] is shown in the dis-

play. Press the Play/Pause button to start the scan.

4. Once the scan is completed the radio will play the rst station in the station list.

5. Select a desired radio station by pressing the Tune- and Tune+ buttons and then press the

Play/Pause button to play the selected station.

Manually Store Radio Stations

This unit enables you to store up to 30 radio stations:

1. Tune to a radio station which you would like to store.

2. Press and hold for 2 seconds the Prog button.

3. Select a desired preset (1 - 30) on which you want to store the current frequency by pressing the

Tune+ or Tune- button.

4. Press the Play/Pause button to conrm your setting. STORED will be shown in the display

5. Repeat steps 1 - 4 to store up to 30 frequencies.

6. To recall a stored frequency, press the / buttons until you reach the desired preset. Alter-

natively you can press the Prog button, select the desired preset using the Tune+/- buttons and

playing the selected preset by pressing the Play/Pause button.

DAB+ Menu

Press the Menu button while in DAB+ mode to enter the DAB+ menu. Inside the menu you can select

between the following menu items and functions by pressing the Tune+/Tune- buttons (to enter menu

items and to conrm a selection, press the Play/Pause button; to exit menu items and the menu

press the Menu button):

Full Scan Full scan for all available radio stations.

Manual Manually tune to a specic channel/frequency.

DRC This function reduces the difference between the loudest and quietest audio being

broadcast. Effectively, this makes quiet sounds comparatively louder, and loud

sounds comparatively quieter.

Note: DRC only works if it is enabled by the broadcaster for a specic station.

Prune Deletes all invalid stations from the station list.

System View software version and reset the unit.

Info Display

To display information (if broadcast by station) repeatedly press the Info button on the remote control.
