INSTRUCCIONES DE EMPLEO
DESCRIPCIÓN
El interruptor horario UNO realiza el control de cualquier instalación eléctrica me-
diante programas diarios (D y QRD) o semanales (QRS).
INSTALACIÓN
ATENCIÓN: La instalación y el montaje de los aparatos eléctricos debe ser reali-
zada por un instalador autorizado.
El aparato no debe instalarse próximo a cargas inductivas (contactores, transfor-
madores, centros de transformación, maquinaria industrial, etc.).
El aparato está internamente protegido contra las interferencias por un circuito
de seguridad. No obstante, algunos campos electromagnéticos especialmente
fuertes pueden llegar a alterar su funcionamiento.
MONTAJE: Dispositivo electrónico de control, de montaje independiente en ar-
mario de distribución provisto de perl simétrico de 35 mm de acuerdo a la norma
EN 60715 (Rail DIN).
CONEXIÓN
Conectar de acuerdo al esquema de conexiones, teniendo en cuenta que el con-
tacto 1 – 2 está libre de tensión.
PROGRAMACIÓN
Desplazar todos los caballetes hacia la derecha. Desplazar hacia la izquierda los
caballetes correspondientes a los tiempos deseados de conexión, en los que el
contacto 1 – 2 permanecerá cerrado.
PUESTA EN HORA
Girar la esfera en el sentido indicado hasta que el índice señale la hora actual.
MANDO MANUAL
3 posiciones: 0 - Apagado permanente (1-2 abierto).
¹ - Funcionamiento automático.
I - Encendido permanente (1-2 cerrado).
SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA BATERÍA
Este interruptor horario incorpora en los modelos con reserva de marcha (QRD/
QRS) una pila recargable.
NO UTILIZAR NUNCA PILAS NO RECARGABLES. DESCONECTAR DE
LA RED EL EQUIPO ANTES DE RETIRAR LA TAPA DE PILAS. Esta operación
sólo la debe realizar personal de mantenimiento autorizado.
La sustitución de la pila se realiza extrayendo la tapa giratoria situada en el lateral
derecho del equipo. Para abrir la tapa de la pila, girarla mediante una moneda u
objeto plano que quepa en su ranura en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj,
hasta hacer coincidir el índice de la tapa con el de posición abierto en el aparato.
Una vez sustituida la pila, insertar la tapa colocándola de manera que coincida
el índice de la tapa con el de posición abierto en el aparato y después girar en
el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta que el índice de la tapa coincida con el
índice de cerrado del aparato.

MANUALE D’USO
Prima di effettuare l’installazione e la programmazione del dispositivo leggere attentamente
le istruzioni riportate in questo manuale.
DESCRIZIONE
L’interruttore orario UNO consente di gestire un carico elettrico mediante una pro-
grammazione giornaliera (D y QRD) o settimanale (QRS). La visualizzazione delle ore
avviene tramite un quadrante a cavalierini imperdibili.
INSTALLAZIONE
ATTENZIONE: Il prodotto deve essere installato da persona competente.
L’apparecchio deve essere installato in un quadro tale da garantire, dopo l’installazione, la
inaccessibilità ai morsetti di collegamento.
Il dispositivo è protetto contro le interferenze, tuttavia non deve essere installato in prossi-
mità di carichi induttivi (Teleruttori, trasformatori, ... etc) in quanto i campi magnetici di forte
intensità potrebbero alterare il suo funzionamento.
Il dispositivo deve essere installato in un armadio di distribuzione avente prolo simmetrico
di 35 mm, secondo la norma EN 60715 (Rail DIN).
COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI
ATTENZIONE: Prima di accedere ai morsetti di collegamento assicurarsi che i conduttori
da collegare o già collegati allo strumento non siano in tensione. Non alimentare o collegare
il prodotto se qualche parte di esso risulta danneggiata.
Collegare il dispositivo secondo quanto riportato nello schema a anco.
PROGRAMMAZIONE
Sollevare il coperchio di protezione trasparente, posto sul frontale dell’orologio. Progra-
mmare l’intervento nell’arco delle 24 ore, ruotando il quadrante nel senso indicato dalla
freccia e posizionando tutti i cavalieri verso destra con un semplice movimento orizzon-
tale. Ogni cavalierino corrisponde a 15 min. di manovra, il numero di cavalierini spostati
determina la durata della manovra. Per programmare l’intervento automatico dell’orologio
(chiusura del contatto tra i morsetti 1 e 2) spostare a sinistra i cavalierini in corrispondenza
degli orari d’interesse. Successivamente impostare l’orario corrente, agendo direttamente
sulla ruota dentata facendola ruotare nel senso indicato dalla freccia e posizionandola in
corrispondenza della tacca orizzontale posta al di sotto del selettore. Inne posizionare il
selettore nella posizione di funzionamento automatico (simbolo dell’orologio).

0 - Spento permanente (la programmazione impotata sarà ignorata).
¹ - Funzionamento automatico.
I - Acceso permanente (la programmazine impostata sarà ignorata).
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA
Questo interruttore orario incorpora nel modello con riserva di carica (QRD/QRS) una pila
ricaricabile. Nel caso fosse necessaria una sostituzione della pila, utilizzare solamente con
riferimento ORBIS 54225.
NON UTILIZZARE PILE NON RICARICABILI TIPO LR9.
Prima di procedere alla sostituzione togliere l’alimentazione al dispositivo e seguire le indi-
cazioni riportate per estrarre il porta batteria e inserire la nuova batteria.

MODULAR TIME SWITCH uno
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DESCRIPTION
UNO time switch controls any electrical installation through daily (D and QRD) or
weekly programs (QRS).
INSTALLATION
WARNING: Installation and mounting of electrical devices must be carried out by
an authorised tter.
MOUNTING: Electronic control device, of independent mounting in distribution
cabinet provided with symmetric prole of 35 mm. according to EN 60715 stan-
dard (DIN Rail).
The device is internally protected against interference by a security circuit. Howe-
ver, some particularly strong magnetic elds may alter its functioning.
Such interference can be avoided by adhering to the following recommendations
during installation:
- The device must not be installed near inductive loads (meters, transformers,
transformer centres, industrial machinery, etc.)
- A separate power line is recommended (equipped with a network lter if ne-
cessary).
- Inductive loads should be equipped with interference suppressors (varistor, RC
lter).
If the timer switch is to be used in combination with other devices in an installation,
it is necessary to verify that no parasitic disturbances will be caused by the group.
CONNECTION
Connect according to the connections diagram, taking into account that contact
1 – 2 is voltage free.
PROGRAMMING
Move all trestles to the right. Move to the left the trestles corresponding to the
desired connection times, in which contact 1 – 2 will remain closed.
TIME SETTING
Turn the dial in the indicated direction until the index shows the current time.
MANUAL CONTROL
3 settings: 0 - Permanently OFF (1-2 open).
¹ - Automatic mode.
I - Permanently ON (1-2 closed).
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
This time switch includes a rechargeable battery in the models with power reserve
(QRD/QRS). If it has be replaced only reference ORBIS 54225 should be used.
NEVER USE NON-RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES. DISCONNECT THE
EQUIPMENT FROM THE MAINS BEFORE REMOVING THE BATTERY LID.
This operation must only be performed by authorised maintenance staff.
Battery replacement is done by removing the rotating lid placed on the right side
of the equipment. To open the battery lid, turn counter clockwise with a coin or
at object that ts in its slot until the lid index matches the open position index
of the device.
Once the battery is replaced, insert the lid so that the lid index matches the open
position index of the device and then turn clockwise until the lid index matches the
closed position index of the device.

Die Zeitschaltuhr UNO dient der Kontrolle elektrischer Anlagen jeglicher Art mithil-
fe von Tages- (D und QRD) und Wochenprogrammen (QRS).
INSTALLATION
Der Anschluß und die Montage dürfen nur durch eine Elektrofachkraft erfolgen.
Die jeweils gültigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen sind auch für angeschlossene Be-
triebsmittel und Anlagen einzuhalten.
Das Gerät ist intern durch eine Sicherheitsschaltung gegen Interferenzen geschüzt.
Trotzdem kann durch besonders starke Magnetfelder der Betrieb des Gerätes bee-
inträchtigt werden.
Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe induktiver Lasten montieren (Motoren, Transformato-
ren, Schütze, usw.).
MONTAGE: Kontroll-Gerät elektronische für unabhängige Montaje in Schaltkästen
auf symmetrische 35 mm Prole nach DIN EN 60 715 (DIN Schiene).
ANSCHLUSS: Schaltschema.
PROGRAMMIERUNG:
Verschieben Sie alle Schaltsegmente nach rechts. Verschieben Sie die Schaltseg-
mente, die den gewünschten Betriebszeiten entsprechen, nach links. Der Kontakt
1 - 2 wird in diesem Fall geschlossen.
EINSTELLEN DER UHRZEIT
Drehen Sie die Programmierscheibe nach unten, bis der Zeiger die aktuelle Uhrzeit
anzeigt.

3 Positionen: I - Dauerbetrieb (1-2 geschlossen)
0 - Ausgeschaltet (1-2 offen)

BATTERIEWECHSEL
Die Modelle mit Gangreserve (QRD/QRS) dieser Zeitschaltuhr sind mit einer aua-
dbaren Batterie ausgestattet.
BITTE VERWENDEN SIE NIEMALS NORMALE BATTERIEN!. DAS
GERÄT VON DER STROMVERSORGUNG TRENNEN, BEVOR SIE DEN BAT-
TERIEDECKEL ABNEHMEN. Dies darf nur von autorisiertem Wartungspersonal
durchgeführt werden.
Der Batteriewechsel erfolgt durch Herausziehen des auf der rechten Seite des
Gerätes bendlichen drehbaren Deckels. Um den Batteriedeckel zu öffnen, diesen
mithilfe einer Münze oder eines passenden planen Gegenstandes entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis die Markierung auf dem Deckel mit dem Auf-Symbol
übereinstimmt. Nach dem Batteriewechsel den Deckel wieder so einsetzen, dass
die Markierung auf dem Auf-Symbol steht und im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis die
Markierung mit dem Zu-Symbol übereinstimmt.

KUVAUS
UNO ajastin voi ohjata sähköasennuksia käyttäen päivä (D and QRD) tai viikko
(QRS) ohjelmia.
ASENNUS
HUOM: Sähköisiä laitteita saa kytkeä vain valtuutettu sähköasentaja. Sähköinen
automaattinen ohjaus, erillinen asennus sähkökeskukseen, moduulimittainen
35mm DIN EN 60715 standardin (DIN-kisko) mukaan.
ERITTÄIN TÄRKEÄÄ: Ajastin on sisäisesti suojattu turvalaitteella häiriöitä vasta-
an. Kuitenkin, erityisesti voimakkaat elektromagneettiset kentät voivat muuttaa
sen toimintaa.
Tällaiset vaikutukset voidaan kuitenkin välttää noudattamalla seuraavia suosituk-
sia asennuksen yhteydessä:
- Laitetta ei pidä asentaa lähelle induktiivisia kuormia (moottorit, muuntajat, kon-
taktorit, jne.).
- Kytkemistä omalle erilliselle ryhmälle suositellaan (varustettuna verkkosuotime-
lla jos tarpeellista).
- Induktiiviset kuormat on syytä varustaa häiriönpoistajilla (varistori, RC suodin).
Jos ajastinta käytetään yhdessä jonkin toisen laitteen kanssa, on syytä varmistaa
ettei ryhmä aiheuta mitään häiriöitä.
KYTKENTÄ
Ajastin on kytkettävä kytkentäohjeen mukaan.
OHJELMOINTI
Siirrä kaikki pinnit oikealle. Siirrä kaikki haluttua kytkentäaikaa vastaavat pinnit
vasemmalle, jotka kytkevät kontaktin 1-2 kiinni.
AJAN SÄÄTÖ
Käännä valitsinta, kunnes osoitin on nykyisen ajan kohdalla.

3 asentoa: 0 - Pysyvästi pois päältä.

PARISTON VAIHTO
Paristovarmennetuissa ajastinmalleissa (QRD/QRS) on vaihdettava paristo. Jos
paristo on vaihdettava, vain ORBIS 54225 mallia suositellaan.
Älä missään tilanteessa käytä ei-ladattavia LR9-tyypin paristoja.
Kytke ajastin jännitteettömäksi ennen kuin vaihdat pariston ja seuraa ohjeen pii-
rrosta, että saat paristokotelon auki ja uuden pariston paikalleen.
