F BLADE UNIT

39 You may remove the blade unit for cleaning.

40 Grip the jug handle with one hand.

41 Grip the jug base with the other hand.

42 Unscrew the jug from the jug base.

43 Carefully, lift the blade unit out of the jug base.

44 Lift the seal away from the blade unit.

45 Wash the seal and blade unit in warm soapy water, rinse, and air dry.

46 Replace the seal round the blade unit.

47 Replace the blade unit in the jug base.

48 Screw the jug into the jug base.

pizza dough (hook) makes 2 large pizzas

250 m water

400 g plain ﬂour

1½ T olive oil

2½ t dried yeast

½ t sugar

1 t salt

Put the ﬂour in the bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a jug. Select speed 1. Gradually add

the liquid. Select speed 2. Knead for 2 minutes. Remove the dough. Cut the dough in half. Roll

the dough into circles on a ﬂoured surface. Put the circles on a non-stick baking tray. Spread the

circles with a tomato based sauce and add toppings. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for

15-20 minutes. The surface should be golden brown.
