z Browsing all files
To browse all files stored in the player,
(1) Tap and hold the “M” button to display the main menu.
(2) Tap
/ to selectExplorerand tap the button to confirm.
(3) In the file explorer mode, tap
/ to select a folder or file, and tap the button to confirm or
tap the “M” button to return.
z Deleting file
To delete a file,
(1) In the file explorer mode, tap
/ to select the file that you want to delete.
(2) Tap the
button to delete it.
(3) Tap
/ to select “YES” and tap to confirm.
Voice Recordin
g
(1) Tap and hold the “M” button to display the main menu.
(2) Tap
/ to selectRecordand tap the button to enter the recorder mode.
(3) Tap the
button to start recording. During recording, you can tap the button to pause or
resume recording.
(4) Tap the “M” button to stop and save the recording.
(5) To play the recording, tap and hold the “M” to display the main menu.
(6) Tap
/ to select “Explorer” and tap the button to confirm and enter folder
navigation mode.
(7) Tap
/ to select the “VOICE” folder and tap the button to open it.
(8) Tap the
/ button to select the recording file and then tap the button to play it. For detail
information about playing voice, refer to the “Playing Music” section.
FM Radio
On the main menu, select “FM Radio” and tap the button to turn on the FM radio.
z Auto Search Station
To search stations automatically,
(1) Tap the
key to show the submenus.
(2) Tap the
/ button to select the “Auto” menu.
(3) Tap the
button to confirm.
z Manually search stations
To manually tune in station,
(1) Tap the
key to show the submenus.
(2) Tap the
/ button to select the “Manual” menu.
(3) Tap the
button to confirm.
(4) Tap the
/ button to turn up or turn down frequency.
z Save station
To save a found station,
(1) Tap the
key to show the submenus.
(2) Tap the
/ button to select the “Save” menu.
(3) Tap the
/ to select a channel location.
(4) Tap the
button to confirm and save the station at the selected channel location.
(5) Tap the
/ button to select “Yes” and tap the button to confirm.
z Listen to Station
To listen to the saved stations,
(1) Tap the
key to show the submenus.
(2) Tap the
/ button to select the “Preset” menu.
(3) Tap the
/ to select a station for listening.
z Delete station
(1) Tap the
key to show the submenus.
(2) Tap the
/ button to select the “Delete” menu.
(3) Tap the
/ button to select a station to delete.
(4) Tap the
/ button to select “Yes” and tap the button to confirm.
z Record FM program
When you are listening to a station, you can tap and hold the
button to record your favourite
programs. For detail information about recording, see the “Voice Recording” section.

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The LCD displays nothing
when the device is started.
Battery is too low. Charge the battery.
The volume is too low. Adjust the volume. No sound when playing an
audio file.
Bad audio file. Delete or skip the file.
The player cannot be
connected to the PC.
The USB interface is not
supported by PC’s
motherboard.
Update or replace the PC’s
motherboard.
The displayed time is
changing constantly.
The bit rate of the MP3 file
is changing during

Try to use fixed bit rate to compress

The PC has error when you

Total memory displayed on
the player is not in

Part of memory is used to

compressed by a standard,
such as MPEG I Layer 1 or
Layer 2 that the player
does not support.
